It's not usually up front mate. They normally take it in 3 instalments a few days before each home game

Whoever mentioned selling them game by game was on to something.

Though, would we get a full house for last game or two if we are out? Or if it's against a Diddy team (barely such a thing in the CL of course).
It all maximises the money to the club, sucks massively for fans. Specially so quickly after season tickets.

Jozos a CM? And I think it was that player that we strengthened with that was undoubtedly our most consistent performers over the two legs of our biggest game of the season.

Also I did not say I think a permanent deal is happening. I dont know how you came to that assumption. im Not saying I'm ITK. Im saying from what's being said (everywhere) it's paddy and city holding the deal up not us. So anyone is being a bit quick to judge the board on our transfer dealings when that situation is still on going and the window isn't over.

Not really. He's a cheating little * who gets roundly booed every time he sets foot in Celtic Park. He'll get the same again this time.

Does this mean there won't be the option to buy individual match tickets??

If there is, be more than £50 probably.

    Aye, good point.

Suppose the club are basically securing 3 full houses regardless of the way the group goes, which is just good business.

Definitely sucks for us though. I'll be eating beans and toast for the rest of the month lol.

So probably another £7 million or so in gate receipts for the 3 games. Really should see some pretty decent investment in the first team

Tell ye what, I'm glad I experienced the Seville run and the early Champions League nights, Porto, Juve, Bayern, Man U, Milan, Barca etc

It softens the blow having soaked all that up knowing I won't be at these games and probably any more on this scale for a while.

    I think it's fair.

Season ticket holders will have forked out like £650+ up to the same point this season. My season ticket was £540 I think, then the Rosenborg and Astana games were like £45 I think now £114. £700 already in like 2/3 month - forgot about the Cup game against Kilmarnock there as well so over £700 already. A lot of non season ticket holders pick and choose bigger games so shouldn't really mind paying the bigger price.

Also means we can charge the away fans £50, as our fans will get the * ripped out them against Bayern and PSG away as well, tickets will probably be about £60+ for their away ends.

So you didn't say we would double our season spending on Paddy then. You then went on to say you THINK it would be a permanent deal. Hence me asking if you can read, also seeing as you made a flying * of reading my post about midfielders playing CB in ONE of our biggest games of the season.

if the money goes back into the team i wont be too upset ..............

but i'm not actually buying tickets so not really bothered by the price. Modern Fitba priced oot the average supporter long ago and the travel fares are squeezing out the rest.

Maybe those running the competition should set a limit on prices

Well we would have to double our spending wouldnt we? Its not like we could get paddy for less than 7 million if we got him permanently.
Yes i think we would (not will) make it a permanent deal IF paddy wanted to play here beyond next season. Why the * wouldnt we? It would make complete sense for us to do so. You don't need to be ITK to be able to say that much.

You said "our biggest game of the season yet" not "one" of them. Jozo played in the biggest game of our season. The CMs played in the dead rubber on Tuesday where we were able to rest jozo.

Regardless what he is , and I agree, my point is he is the most expensive player in the world (at the moment) and he will grace our pitch. That is something The Huns can only dream of and emphasises where we are and how far they are behind us.
