    great... 30 million incoming!

funny one tonight... if we'd played away first and gone home at 3-4 with away goals we'd have all been quite happy.... and over the moon at a 5-0 at home! Today was nervy though!

    onwards...

PSG and someone easy please! (no mancys, barcas or russians please!)

I know that was really nervy but missing three centre backs was pretty huge.

Yup....as said above this is a good reality check. Nobody will remember this come Thursday and draw time.:60: We've qualified with an experiment at CB which deserves immense credit but really has to end now for Europe. You would jump at these 2 results when the draw was made.

Bitton was all over the place in the second half during that period of Astana pressure. I think Ajer is alrite but needs a more experinced player to partner him.

Ntcham was again superb and his goal settled the nerves of the players and fans. Massive massive goal, at a time where it looked like Astana were going to score their 5th. Also add I thought Rogic was great when he came on, the ball just sticks to his feet.

Overall, job done. We knew it would be difficult when we saw the starting lineup. Inexperienced youngster and a.Midfielder in central defence.

Ntcham has shown what a really good signing he is its hard to perform well in a midfeild away from home and he did it well hopefully that rubs off on others

Commentator... negative English *. Celtic surely can't lose this right from the first whistle... stick to the boxing ya *!

Brown... I don't know what happened... still looked shell shocked in his interview, stumbling over words.

Ntcham, glad he was on the park tonight, colossal performance and held us together.

Should of been out of sight in the first half 3 or 4-1 and it is a real concern just how easily we found ourselves clinging on at 4-1 down.

Brendan's words at full time are reassuring, he knows exactly what he has and what he wants.

With a settled and experienced defence I. E Jozo and Boats or even Jozo and Ajer I truly believe we draw this match.

Unfortunately though the inexperience came was on show tonight, but still knowing we can still get a result of 8-4 without practically our two most senior cbs is promising, hopefully now we see Roberts finally confirmed and then possibly a GK to challenge or take over Gordon and be more controlling and dominant of the box.

And then for sake of Miller maybe another lb and let Miller fight it out and train with Sinclair for the left wing.

A tale of two halves!! So many mistakes at the back 2nd half and had we been more clinical in the first, the hysteria that unfolded in the second period would not have materialised. Regardless, very very sloppy 2nd 45 and that must surely worry BR. Although Gordon made good saves, culpable for their 4th. TBH it's their 3rd goal that haunts me. Bitton, who I know is not a CB, totally switches off and is caught ball watching. Even if your not a CB but put in that position, you would surely be more alert of where your man is.
Complete and utterly diabolical defending. Surely this is his last at this level as I fear we may see more of him at CB.
Ajer I thought was better, but he's only 19.
Lustig and brown very sloppy in possession and caused us self inflicted problems and led to them scoring.
Ralston looked out of his depth when he came on and maybe showed he's not quite ready yet, certainly not for this level.
Ntcham was brilliant all night. Looks a steal at £4m! Assured, controlled, combative and found his man with his passes. Awesome!

I'll look forward to fridays (??) draw but lessons MUST be learned.

they were always going to have a spell of 20 mins or so where they had us on the ropes, I think we just expected it to be early on in the game as opposed to after half time.

Should also be said they are the dirtiest team I've seen us play, real horrible *. Glad to dispatch them.
