    * hit another plateau, got down to 171 went on a binge now I've been stuck on 173.2lbs.

    Due doing a DNP cycle :giggle1:

    Plateau broke :giggle1:

    172.2lbs this morning, 6lbs from my target weight.

    Skipped leg day today as I wasn't feeling it, done some low intensity cardio on the treadmill 45mins fast walk on an incline.

    Keep seeing Elliot Hulse raving about it in videos but feel a bit of a plum going to the gym to walk :giggle1:

    Hopefully weather is decent tomorrow and can get a 10k in.

    Weekends are a nightmare for me to keep my diet strict, have the discipline of a soldier during the week but boredom at the weekend usually * it and when I get that first taste of something sweet it's all down hill from there.

    The *'s that?

    Dunno what it is the now with me, but I cannot shift this bloated feeling. All I'm drinking is water, and very little dairy/wheat/sugar.

    Blasting the weights and doing HIIT on the rowing machine (love it), yet still feeling bloated to *......what's the craic?

    Thanks for this. Going to start my routine tonight, as I'm finally done my 20/22 day streak of work/school.

    Looking forward to getting back into proper shape. Currently weigh 135 pounds soaking wet, at 5'9. So weak and atrophied it's unbelievable. No excuses now.

    Very. I genuinely eat healthy but not nearly enough. Need to push myself to eat more, more often,just as much as I need to hit the gym.

    It could be that you have a very fast metabolism. As long as you feel healthy and eat nutritious food then I wouldn't worry.

    So kinda hit a massive milestone this morning, finally under 170lbs, 169.2lbs my lowest ever weight since I grew up and past 169lbs :giggle1:

    Such a mental relief to break that number considering where I was at a few years ago, I could even post a pukki party gif :giggle1:

    Good man, I'll have a right good read at that.

    My ankle is proper *, so running is out for me. Been doing between 20-30mins of HIIT cardio after weight training on the rowing machine, feeling the benefits of it now.

    Aye the rowing machine is probably the best bit of cardio equipment.

    I never use it :giggle1: can run at a good pace for an hour but put me on a rower and my * is burst after 10 mins!

    Always get a wee chuckle when I've got the rebs playlist blasting through my ears, and there I am rowing away when Uncle Nobby's Steamboat comes on :56::56::56:

    Whats the consensus on how often ou should work out in a week. I've been feeling so motivated as of late, and I've been rotating between a day on and off.

    I want to get to the gym more, but I've read up on the importance of letting your body rest and regenerate. Would it be a bad idea to get going 5-6 days a week?

    Depends on the person mate, if you recover quick enough and eating enough.

    I personally do strength training and work shifts mine is erratic but always is 4 days per week.

    You could do 3/4 days weights and go and do cardio 1/2 days of you want to go to the gym more instead of adding it after weights.

    Mobility and recovery work after sessions also very important.

    I've been cutting for years I don't think I have it in me to eat a calorie surplus :giggle1: will see where I am when I hit my target weight.

    You bulking or "bulking bulking" :giggle1:
