There was an urgency imposed by the people of TalkCeltic on Day 3, despite a few bewildered looks at the revealing of the death of the mafia roleblocker on night 2. Minty had led the charge on the previous lynch, so his fellow players so no reason not to follow suit once more in his pursuit of ODWC.


ODWC could be forgiven for thinking he still had a chance at survival, after all he had not really done much to incriminate himself. As a result, when asked to go out for a meeting in the sticks he thought it was business as usual. What followed was far from it, however….





Not only had the town decided to take out ODWC, but to make matters worse they brutally killed his brother right in front of his very eyes. ODWC and his brother, Keano were buried side by side, ODWC still just about breathing, and their cards were revealed……

After the demise of the brothers there was hint of uncertainty in the night air of TalkCeltic. The townsfolk had managed to put themselves on the front foot, but how long would this last?



Night 3 was came and went quite quickly, with each town player sweating over their safety with a vengeful mafia lurking in the shadows. However, when the alarm bells rang for 8am their worries were quashed and they all began their days as normal. There had been no deaths.......



It is now day.

11 alive. Takes 6 to lynch. Deadline Tuesday 2pm.

I'm still a little worried how lucky Minty has been and may have some sort of new all seeing role..

But he's been bang on the money so far and I had my suspicions on Bob beforehand..

I actually thought that Minty may have been the Mafia brother.. but if all above board this could be the quickest Town victory ever..

I've been doing mine as quickly as possible.

 

No it's good, just unusual..

 

To be fair, I didn't investigate ODWC at all. I suspected him because of his 'trying to look busy without saying much' posts on D1, then your spot of his slip made me think that investigating him was a waste. Took a chance on him and we got rid of one mafia, but also the brothers.

With there being brothers in the game, plus the lack of night kills, I think it's safe to assume we don't have a serial killer.

I'm just the cop, not some all seeing role.

I didn't go for Tim Time, despite his push on Che, because I felt the way he was looking to actually find mafia. I felt Bogunda was jumping on it as an opportunist and that's why I suspected him. Fortunately, I was right.

I suspected Summer Time because of the way he was posting towards me. He was trying to emphasise that I was 'playing differently', therefore trying to put pressure on me and voting for me. So I investigated him and it came back guilty.

That's why I revealed my role on Day 2. I didn't expect to be alive now, so I wanted to give up good information and help the town while I could.

That should read, "because I felt he was looking to actually find mafia, the way he went about it seemed more like town to me."

 

I will roleclaim when on L-1 . You haven't investigated me as mafia.. You are just guessing on this one. I a town
