Just think his passes are sometimes too heavy. Once he settles more he will no be as afraid of giving the ball away.

He was good last night but there was one instance where one of their boys got past him far too easily in the box, nearly caused a goal

He was ok as cover but gave away 3 or 4 slack passes which a better team would have punished, just sign a CB and stop * about with him back there as it will bite us on the *.

He was superb IMO and a nice touch from Rodgers taking him to the fans.

Both he and Jozo gave away a few dodgy short passes but apart from that, solid.

Aye Jozo does have that in him a wee lack of concentration, Bitton got outmuscled once during the game and that's my only concern with him in that position.. he has everything else composure, passing, speed and height..

Great performance last night but still an area I'd like to see strengthened but only if we can get better than we already have..

Noticed a few bursts of pace last night from him, played very well.

Defensively he was brilliant, reads the game so well and covered so well across the defence like he was an experienced centre half.
First half he played too many sideways and backwards passes inviting the pressure on us when the switch to Forrest was on all the time, took him till 4-0 to play that crossfield pass.

Really * me off to see the amount of abuse he has gotten here in the last few months he probably makes as many mistakes as say lustig or brown in recent matches but gets singled out... as always the fan favorites are immune to criticism...hes had a bad patch but then i could have said that about pretty much every other player in the squad at some stage yesterday...unfortunately he has fallen in between the cracks alongside james forrest another player some fans will always bury wen he makes a mistake and then put on a pedestal when he's doing well.

The bhoys were simply class last night.... some would do well to remember what class of league we play in along with the financial disparity most have over us and then to wipe the floor with a usually technically solid team. Years ago we were slithering with the snakes.... but by * are we starting to soar with the eagles!

Fair enough....so you've never slated a player, is that right or do you wanna share!

I've slated Bitton for, IN MY OPINION, looking totally uninterested and lazy when in the middle. Maybe his languid style. One thing i used to hate when i went regular was what i thought was a lack of effort. No excuses for this imo. However, i have not slated the big man since he was put in at CB....doesn't deserve it as i think he's done a cracking job there in an unfamiliar role. I was concerned after Firhill but went on record as saying you can't really slam a guy when it's not his natural role.

Forrest has also frustrated me in the past because OF his talent.......for me, i would like to see more consistency. Again, so far this season, i'm pretty sure i've not slammed him because imo he's been one of our best players so far.

This is something that can't be said for Sinky beacuse up till last night and a good 2nd in Norway he's not done much for me. Just put that in there to show nobody's above it!!:celt_2:

In fact i'll give you a prediction of who'll probably get it next. Gordon (i'm a huge fan of his by the by) for taking a chance with a kick out or whoever tries one of these * back keels again like last night...gave me the fear big time!! They're not Ronnie Simpson.:56:

ps-anyway it's celebrate good times mate and nothing else!!

He was fantastic last night, he reminded me of Rio Ferdinand last night!

Good to have him as that option to fill in but we still need another centre half. Passing was great and his composure as well.

That's a bit harsh, I thought he played quite well.

He actually looked more like a centre back than Simunovic, superb.
