Keep our discipline, but give 100% energy and keep the ball off them. Also hope the referee doesn't bottle any big decisions like the CIS final.

I Wouldnt Mind 2 Rangers OG's And Boruc To Score From His Area. But Thats Not Gonna Happen So I'd Prefer. We Won 3-0 JVOH And Naka With Free Kick

its not sectarian to have fans of the club playing for your team, and the guy is right that is whats missing from our team we have no ambition or heart.

the bigoted stuff gets thrown about too much these days

We have to WANT it more than the scum.

We have to hit them HARD but fairly from the 1st minute.

We have to score early and then bury them.

i think brennans hit it on the head........ wee barry armband needs clattered rite at the outset of the game , cos without him they have no heartbeat, and i think robson could be the man to hit him. Just gimme 11 guys in the hoops who will hurt as much as all us, IF we geat beat, 11 guys who are hungry, 11 guys who want to redeem their disasterous results, and 11 guys who want to please our fans, cmon the hoops stick it up the *, play football the glasgow celtic way

Score within the first 20 minutes and the game is ours, don't and i suspect the best we can hope for is a draw. Seen it far too often with Celtic this season if we don't score early we wait until the 85th minute and realise the game's slipping away.

Yup - on the 85th minute cue long drifting balls upto the big strikers.

The crowd will be going nuts especially in the opening minutes after the huddle etc so we need to ride on that momentum and get at least 1 early goal. Clattering Ferguson is always a bonus.

I think if we put out the same team and tactics as Sunday, we should have no real problem.

Naka has to have the freedom to do exactly what he done against Motherwell and he might have more joy against the huns.

Get McGeady at Broadfoot early on, and set the pace for the night.

    Celtic....3 Rangers....1

If Robson can stop Ferguson coming too far forward and playing passes to try to split the back 4 then it'll set us up nicely but the boy will really need to put a shift in, and so will Hartley assuming he plays. I like Hartley in his holding role and it's exactly what we need against the huns. We really need the fullbacks overlapping as much as possible and keeping their fullbacks pinned back. If we can do that and we get 11 big performances, we'll win due to sheer skill and class. If we allow them an early goal they'll sit back, soak up what we throw at them and try to get us on the break.

I'd rather not see Naka play as he's usually mince in OF games but no danger Strachan will drop him.

3-5-2 is the perfect way to play against the huns but we all know it aint gonna happen there extra man in the midfield is the only thing that worries me we seen what happened at ibrox and the fact we aint scored at home for 2 MONTHS so we will need a bit of luck which i think we will get along with some serious guts and effort 2-1 to the hoops

I think we need variation in our play. The last old firm game we were playing well, but we became predictable and one-dimensional. The huns are * good at knowing how to shut up shop.

Would like to see Strachan making changes early, mix it up a bit when the game starts to pass us by. This game could be the end of Strachan if he calls it wrong.

the only way to beat the teddy bears is to score more goals than them. thats my view.

have to say that we have a good squad. we just haven't done it this season. rangers, on the other hand, don't have a good squad, they have over achieved. i mean, broadfoot? are you serious? the day he gets into the scotland squad is the day i turn english.

i hope this underachievment of our squad makes the board splash the cash this summer and spends more than £5m for a qauality player, like Pavlyuchenko or kallstrom.

Too many Charlie Nicholas impersonations on this subject. He used to predict a win for Celtic prior to every old firm match during the nine in a row period and nearly every time he was made to look stupid.

Ok we must be loyal and optimistic but reality must also come into it. Saying Rangers are * etc etc and that we will thump them only makes us look stupid . We have done * all this season, will win nothing this season and have lost the last 4 old firm games without even scoring a goal, just stating facts.

These things only serve to toughen my resolve but im not foolish enough to have any great expectancy of winning on wednesday. We have hope and the tools to do so but im not overly confident and struggle to see how anyone can logically come to any other conclusion.

To give ourselves the best chance of victory on Wednesday we need to take Rangers out of their comfort zone.

They have pitted their first choice cautious tactics against our attacking tactics 4 times now and we have lost everytime. We should encourage them to attack us as they have demonstrated they are not as efficient playing that game and we should counter attack them. Role reversal.

Their midfield formation is designed to be on the back foot and hit on the break, so why play to their strengths? Ok we played better on sunday but this isnt motherwell. Surely strachan must be wise to this by now.
