    All I learned from that is that the delusion is getting strong in EPL fans. I used to have a soft spot for Everton, they have bought into the bollocks as much as everybody else and without an iota of realisation too.

    I don't want the kid to ever leave, and rather the EPL underrated him and steered miles clear!
    If Robertson does well at Liverpool, then it will trigger a few ears about Tierney - since he is raved about being better and currently likely to get a start ahead of him in the Scotland squad.


    Just tell all the guys down south Tierney is *, so they don't buy him. haha

    Brilliant wee guy. Ever since he made his debut in the first team he has looked the part. Now he's starting to fill out a bit more physically his game is going from strength to strength. He's already streets ahead of Andy Robertson in my view.

    Rodgers was asked if it’s difficult for other players to do it the way Tierney approaches it

    “I think you have too, especially at Celtic. That’s what we have tried to install(that mentality) into the players here. To play at a high tempo, to press the ball and make the runs to a high standard, you must be fit. I have to develop the younger players at this club and into the 1st team. To make that, they should be physically right and having the right lifestyle. I don’t think that’s a problem, the clever ones take it on board. The quicker they realise that. Hopefully the longer the career they will have”.
