Just shows that there are very few easy ties in qualification.

It's always Champions you're playing so it's sides that know how to win and have the winning mentality.

It's a pity this is the only small section of football that's actually like this.

Weather in Croatia is scorching. Rijeka play a solid defense- their manager is top class. All reasons to want to avoid them.

Aye nae bor m8. Celtic went from having Tony Mowbray as manager to beating Barcelona in a couple years. You can't be judging them on a few years ago fs.

Surely Qarabag or Astana are the ties we want. Even Ronny masterminded victory over Qarabag and Astana weren't a good team from how i remember them last year. We are much fitter and more fluent so would expect a different game.

Either way, first leg away from paradise please!

We struggled against Astana last year (albeit we are better now) Qarabag and Hapeol BS have had some very decent results in Europe. Personally I want Slavia Prague or Reijka however if we can't beat any of the teams we shouldnt be playing in the CL!!

Doubt it mate. Second leg was away against Beer Sheva last year and Malmo before that.

Remember the Astana home game vividly, we were pretty poor on the night and most of us were happy to take it into extra time after a few scares, we were light years better in the next round and even better now so on that basis Astana would indeed be a good tie to get apart from the away trip,no easyjet to places like that I'm afraid, brutal stuff

I'm in England the week of the first leg so praying we are away first, irrespective I will make a special trip up on the Virgin West coast for that as not missing a play off, in some ways I prefer the play off to many of the group games

Scored 7 and conceded 0 over qualifying. Ignore the games, those stats should breed confidence

UEFA stopped that in 2015 saying seeded was a big enough advantage but you are correct prior to this the seeded team in the playoff had home advantage by default in the playoffs 2nd leg
