It's still all normal chicken and meat etc. The main difference I've noticed is there is hardly any * on it, of that makes sense. The chicken * are massive and have hardly any of those wee white bits on them. Also with all of it, when you grill them there is next to no grease/fat comes out of them. The steaks/burgers/sausages all appear to be very 'lean'

I read this on other websites before ordering them & was surprised at how small they were. They were smaller then you get anywhere else. Asda, Tesco etc

Would have thought they'd be decent mate. It's the mrs that orders it so not 100% on which bundle/pack it is we get. That's a bit *.

Looking to get into working out this fall. I plan on taking a semester off to work and get in great shape, possibly for wild land firefighting next summer. I'm not completely oblivious to working out as I did it in high school quite a bit, but I'm definitely a rookie.

Basically I just want to ask what a good routine would be and a decent diet plan to follow with it. I'm 5'9, 135 pounds soaking wet so I need to gain some decent weight.

I wouldn't say I'm out of shape right now, but I definitely need to bulk up and put on some muscle. Any suggestions?

Use on online calculator to determine your BMR and TDEE such as this one https://www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator/

To put on weight/muscle eat at a calorie surplus of around 300/400 calories above your maintenance intake

Pick any weightlifting routine online really, 3 day split/4 day split, do squats/deadlifts/bench/pull ups etc lift heavy

Stay consistent with diet and training reassess a few months down the line rinse and repeat.

Edit: a wealth of info over on the bodybuilding.com forums regarding routines/diet etc

    https://stronglifts.com/5x5/

I recommend this personally , add any isolations ( arms , lat raises etc ) at the end if you feel like it.

Start light and you will learn technique as well as progressively stronger.

Sad thing is, until I lost the weight, that's pretty much what I looked like.
