I won't be on as much tomorrow as I am working, but I want to see what Minty has to say for himself.

Can someone explain to me why Bob's info on Minty, implicates Minty? So Minty was protected, and if he's Mafia, then no night kill could happen? Do all Mafia have to cast a vote for a kill to take place?

How does protecting minty when there was no lynch suggest he is mafia?

In fact unless I misread then it would point to him being one of us townies.

 

Don't get it, a few seem to think it makes Minty an obvious target, will wait for the reasoning before jumping on Minty.

Old Bob seems desperate to get rid of Minty, after crawling out of the woodwork.

 

With the way the game has gone it is more likely that Minty was sending the kill than being targeted I think.

I also think Bob is telling the truth as no one else is claiming Jailkeeper and it's a pretty common role in our games, so I suspect his intentions are good at least.

 

Minty should be allowed to defend himself before final vote though.

 

Minty was either targeted or he is mafia. It's as good as we have to go on right now unfortunately.

We need to be careful here though because if we slip up here it could be the end. Although I think (hope) there is only 4 mafia.

Bobs story makes sense so far for me, as someone with a role it would make sense that he wanted to fly under the radar for a few nights. Hopefully he can protect himself or find another mafia player tonight. If another town player has a protection role then they should probably be suspicious of bob though because I don't think we would have 3.

I'm off to work but will hopefully get to check at lunch. To give us the best chance of winning here we need to let minty defend himself before finishing him and we need to make sure Keano uses his two votes to prove himself as town. Anyone who doesn't will definatly be for watching.

 

Agree with this, minty is a good player but has been quiet enough this game so I don't think the mafia would have targeted him.

 

Interesting that both obaf and V have been calling people out for inactivity even though when they posted they weren't that active either. Maybe trying to convince town that they have been more active?

 

getting ready for work but had a quick read to see how we are doing , fekkin bad day but I suppose no night kill was a bonus . Hm, bobs appeared with his cryptic clues and theories again . cant help remember last game the confusion he created with his " I'm the only person who can win this game for town " when all it took in the end was a town lynch and he was gone . need more information bob for your theory .

For those that are Confused. I am Town Jailkeeper.

Last night I put Minty in jail. This mean that anything he does doesn't happen or anything that happens to him doesn't work.

There was no deaths last night so minty is mafia or was the target..

I also jailed Keano n1

We can't not act on minty, he is very likely mafia. Unless anyone has anything else to go on get voting.

 

Okay, I see the logic now. So it's now a case of trusting Bob or not.

Surely would be suicide for an experienced player to claim this role, reveal his actions and start a lynch on an innocent player?

For this reason I now believe Bob, but if I'm understanding correctly, it could mean Minty was protected from elsewhere, and thus still innocent?

Would jailing me night 1 not suggest that I am certain town then? Seeing as Anton died?

And who are you asking for protection from? Seeing as the Doctor is dead and you are the Jailkeeper?

Surely as an experienced player you can see why some people may be doubting your story at this point, If we fck up its pretty much over.

I am pretty sure the others are going to go with it regardless.
