Thats actually a fair point, its not really that suspicious and I probably shouldnt have bothered defending myself - I originally said it in a reply to Larsson because I think he suspects me of being mafia from what he said just before the first day ended.

This is my last time explaining myself on this as its genuinely a waste of time. If yous want to lynch me based on it go ahead. Im vanilla townie though.

You're either mafia trying to put me under pressure or you're completely over thinking it.

Why wouldn't you defend yourself? I'm not accusing you of being mafia, I'm simply asking a question on something about your last few posts that strike me as odd.

Well according to Keano defending yourself is a mafia trait.

Larsson seemed to be fairly convinced I was mafia just before the deadline and I could see why he did, I was just trying to provide him with some logic as to why I wasn't.

So you're spitting the dummy out because Keano and Larsson suspect you of being mafia? :56::56::56:

I've seen you defend yourself to the hilt in previous games, yet this one is different?

    Why?

I've tried to defend myself, I'm just not defending myself any more as its a waste of time.

    Vanilla Town.

Maybe I am overthinking it or maybe you want it to seem like I'm overthinking it.

Defending yourself is fine, but defending yourself when nobody is even suspecting you is strange and makes it seem like you are more interested in protecting yourself - which is how Mafia play.

How's it a waste of time when you only have ONE vote against you at this point?

Because I've said anything I can say to defend myself and I'm town.

I noticed he voted you before the deadline for saying that people blindly defending others at this stage of the game is Mafiaish behaviour. Then Larsson responded very defensively and placed a vote on yourself. Then after the deadline I noticed that you were looking to make peace with him.

Why would you state it is very Mafiaish to blindly defend other players at this point in the game and then backtrack on the comment once he took offence and placed a vote on you?

I might be overthinking it and I am not going to vote at the moment.

I want to hear some of the voiceless players opinions.

    Vote Keano

Posting a lot without actually putting his vote where his mouth is. Kind of similar to how I was trying to play in the last game as Mafia. He is also putting me under pressure and trying to raise suspicion of me, but I think if he thought I was mafia he would have voted for me by now.

    Also:

Keano was the one to vote for Che before me so its a bit bizarre to try and use my vote against him as logic against me.

I was defending myself towards Larsson, and coincidentally it was Keano's post about Larsson that actually made me even post what I did. Again I think its strange that Keano of all people is trying to use this logic against me.

This last post just really seems to me like he's trying to push people towards me. If you think I am mafia then vote me.

"Keano was the one to vote for Che before me so its a bit bizarre to try and use my vote against him as logic against me."

That's odd also @Deebo67 , seeing as you're trying to use Keano's vote against Che now as a reason to logically put him in the frame :56::56::56:

First you've spend a wee bit defending yourself, then you "appear" to have caved in with your defence.

Then, boom! Out of nowhere, an attack on Keano?

    Very odd. Very odd indeed!

My vote is not final btw, if I am convinced, then I will absolutely remove it. But for the time being, you seem very shifty.

I do think it's mafiaish to blindly defend players. Larsson wasn't really doing that, all he was saying is that we shouldnt vote for someone based on their role in a previous game - which you were more than happy to point out btw - my response about it was to your post as it reminded me of V in previous games defending players who were town, and then turning out to be mafia. V will probably admit this himself when he's on, its a clever way of getting through games.

During the night phase I read my post again and I could see from Larsson's point of view how it looked like I was trying to turn attention towards him but it was genuinely not my intention so I wanted to clarify that to him. At first I thought he was getting way too defensive, then I read my post and it does look like I was trying to turn attention to him but I wasnt, I hadnt even read his posts about Che properly at this stage. That's why I felt the need to defend myself.

Seriously man, Keano has been trying to ramp up the pressure on me the last hour or so and hasn't voted for me. If he genuinely thought I was mafia do you not think he would have voted for me by now?

You're all over the place here.

I refer you to two of your recent posts:

Now here you are putting plenty in to defending yourself in the last post to keano, and now this one to me.

If you see that as reason to vote me then fair enough. I said I wouldnt defend myself anymore but I cant help myself in replying tbh.

Also my attack on Keano is hardly out of nowhere is it? I explained why I think he might be mafia. I believe if he genuinely thought I was mafia he would have voted for me by now, instead of posting a load of hypotheticals and 'waiting' for other players opinions.

I am putting pressure on you to see how you would react to it and because your post is the only one that stood out so far.

Your vote and then unvote for the deceased Jc Anton an hour or so before the deadline was dodgy and you have realised this, which lead to you pointing out your unvote before someone else noticed it.

Yep I voted Che, but I didn't vote Anton and then switch to Che when momentum was gathering.

And your removal of your vote for Anton - only for him to turn up dead the next day - is very convenient.

I didn't ask you to call Larsson Mafiaish mate. These were your words that you have since backtracked on due to Larsson voting for you.

I simply stated Larsson had defended Che with all 3 of his posts so far. Which Larsson was fine with.

I was really hoping for opinions from the quiet players before placing any final vote.

    But okay..
