Minty means it's good the Mafia never killed a person with a power role like a cop.

 

I mean that they killed Anton, who is Vanilla Townie, rather than them killing a cop, who is a much more valuable player.

But might that not just mean that they could've picked the wrong guy, and still have a power role?

Like, I don't get how you can go "investigate" some * or anything like that, especially this early in the game when you don't know who's who?

 

That could have been done deliberately to put more lynch pressure on Che.

That doesn't put Che in the clear, but he did allude to having a role in one of his opening posts.

 

Or maybe it's what someone posted earlier, knowing we are likely to be suspect of Che after the last game, so kill off the first guy that voted for Che, to try and incriminate Che. We end up doing the dirty work for them.

I've never played as the cop, as far as I remember, but I'd pick who I was investigating based on their posts.

Right, so the entirety of this game is all based on guesswork?

No one has any insight as to who is who, apart from the host and those in the dead thread?

 

At the beginning, yeah it is.

But once people start dying, you can begin to analyse posts or vote counts, to find out who the mafia are.

Power roles such as the Cop can also reveal who mafia are, If they've investigated mafia successfully. Typically, a cop tried to lie low at first to avoid getting killed by the mafia at night, then he can read posts knowing if the people he's investigated are telling the truth or not.

Anton gone, probally too aggressive in the first round, mafia didn't like it by the look of it. He was pressing Che for lynch so I'm leaning that way at the moment. Anyone got anything else?
