Not on there but primarily its because i wake up so late, so i then can't get to sleep till 3-5am and the cycle repeats itself.
I also have trouble getting to sleep especially around this period because i worry so much about my exams so its always in my head and i can never get to sleep.

I have literally no sleeping pattern, I have had nine hours sleep through-out the last four days, hence why I am usually still on here and ridiculous times of the night.

Work night shifts, love films, enjoy a good bit of banter online, usually while gaming.

I'd be * if my wife wasn't around to keep my sleeping schedules in control. :smiley-laughing002:

Again, tonight is because of my last hand in for coursework on Friday. I have no excuse for the other times though, it's either late night films or this forum for the banter :50:

Currently it's Netflix. Just watched four episodes of the first season of Breaking Bad and now watching Drive for the millionth time. Also seen they put up Planet Earth and the film Almost Famous on the UK one. So much amazing selection, so little time.

Cut out the DVDs and you'll have an easier time. What I've started doing is listening to noises that calm me and kinda just get caught in my day dreams until they become real dreams.

My favorite is the sound of rain and thunder, so I imagine myself in a thunder storm, sonewhere in the southern states near a river and BAM sleep.

Usually you can find "10 hours of x" on YouTube so that stuff is easy to find.
