    Can't sleep when I'm hungover, especially if I had a lie in that morning.

    The solution is to get up REALLY early after a night out. I'm talking like as early as you can get away with so 8am or something. Get up, have coffee, goto a greasy spoon, play computer games, anything to stay awake...

    Then by 10pm I'm out like a light on Sunday and fresh for work :50:

    However those first few hours of Sunday I tend to still be drunk which can have its bad consequences....
