I doubt the person who has the role I am backup to could have immunity or else it would be pointless having a backup

 

Me having the role I have makes me wonder if there is more than 4 mafia though. I think it might be 5 if I am backup to a role. It clearly isn't the cop as I haven't been activated yet

 

So you don't know you're role? You just know you're immune from a Mafia killing.. and presumably it's pro-Town.

It's a town role but will only be revealed once the person holding the role currently is killed, hence why I doubt they could have immunity from the mafia.

He seems to be claiming that. He claimed that mafia may have targeted him. Tbf though I have no idea what he is claiming. I might be reading ot completely wrong

Agree with you tho if you both have immunity the odds would be unfairly stacked against the Mafia, unless there are more Mafia than usual.

I think it's a bit harsh to say I would wait until he had his say, I was one of the first voters and didn't know it would move that quick that he wouldn't get an opportunity to defend himself.

V is definatly my top suspect ATM, no matter what excuses he makes its clear he is trying to fly below the radar and not get involved in the lynching votes.

I don't think they would have went for you because most of town still don't trust you and it would be easier to get you lynched than some of the other players.

Ches claim has really opened it up a bit here. That would be the 4th town role if he and bob are both telling the truth and I agree that che wouldn't be a backup to bobs role so that would mean we have 5 power roles with two of them having immunity (temporarily?) in the night phase. Seems a bit excessive.

If che is telling the truth then I'm surprised he didn't target bob more often in the game as he knows how similar the roles they are both claiming are. On the other hand I think it would be risky for che to claim such a similar role to bob if he doesn't have it since if we lynch bob and he has that role it makes che a suspect.

I haven't heard of a backup role that is immune to death until activated. You are either lying or minty has created a cool new role.. He did say it would be different.. Hmm

I am not a backup.. I am just hard to kill. Not impossible but difficult.

 

Fair do's. I had never heard of the backup role and won't know how it plays until someone dies but at least I can be seen as town until then.
I am still bemused by your role as I haven't played this elsewhere and don't know what you might be.

 

Im usually not someone who encourages people to come out with their roles but I feel bob declaring it will help clear things up a bit for now.

It's also possible to che is a backup to nobody and that his role has been added to confuse us more but that would make him permanently immune to night kills.

He could also be telling half the truth by saying he is a town backup but he is actually a mafia backup who switches sides if the mafia godfather dies.

Che does your role have a name?

 

You will note that I have been suspicious of Bob's voting patterns and would have preferred to vote on him or Idioteque in yesterdays day phase. The problem is that I initially found him believable and he may well be telling the truth.

 

I'm now confused as * . It's likely that either one of Bob or Che are lying but there's also a possibility their not which would mean 5 mafia members I think.

 

"Role Backup" is what I was sent in the initial PM from Minty.

 

I have counted it wrong actually, for some reason I thought we lost another power role.

So it would only be 4, summer, bob, che and whoever che is backup too.
