Coaching ability, motivational skills and tactics.

Pirlo says he's the best manager he's had and Pirlo's worked with Ancelotti, Allegri and Lippi to name a few.

He came in and completely turned around a Chelsea side who were a mess with huge problems. He came in, gave them a new system and didn't really spend anywhere near what the two Manchester clubs yet his impact was incredible. Converted Moses to a RWB, got Luiz looking great, Azpilliceuta looked like a great centre back and Hazard was back to his best. All the talk was about Pep and Mourinho, he showed them both up massively. While they were just splashing the cash without much thought, like both are doing this summer too, Conte was more focused on what he already had and getting his ideas across.

Only guy who's comparable to Conte is Pochettinho, but he has to win a few trophies first.

I * hate the * but he doesn't even come close to Jose Mourinho or Pep Guardiola and there is not even argument to be made about that either.

    To this point anyway.

Fair argument but 21 trophies including 2 Champions Leagues in 10 years >>>> 7 trophies in 10 years, 1 of which a Seria B.

Conte might go on and do special things with Chelsea in the future but he has not a patch on either Pep or Mourinho's Pedigree.

Aye fair trophy count mate, I just feel he has swallowed his own hype so to speak and not adapted with the game, I feel he left Bayern in a worse state than when he arrived and he really needs to get it right this season at City.

Mourinho has lost a step imho. football is constantly evolving, but Mourinho hasn't really done much recently. perhaps my aversion for him clouds my judgement, but can't recall much success in recent memory.

plus his football is more boring than an emtpy room

Conte won the league with pretty much the same team mourinho won the league with not that big of an achievement and they looked so easily beaten in the few games the lost especially that cup final, city will ruin that league this season imo and united will be second

€5m a year loan fee and the option to buy for €35m in 2019.

Yet Swansea are demanding £50m for Sigurdsson...

Just shows you the over inflated English market, I think he will do well at Bayern as he will get used correctly.

Ancelotti will get the best out of James, no doubt about that. His quick transition style of play will suite James far more than how Real Madrid play under Zidane which is possession based and heavily focused on crosses into the box.

    Thiago
    Tolisso Vidal
    James Lewondowski Robben
With guys like Muller, Ribery, Coman, Rudy, Kimmich, etc to consider as options too.

Bayern chasing the Holy Grail with all of these new boys coming in. Hard to see an English side turning them over, certainly.
