    Needs better defenders for thar formation.

    Ball playing and good taking the ball forward. Otherwise if you play busquests and 2 ball winning cbs, then with messi in the number 10 you are going to loose the midfield battle with just one true midfielder.

    Umtiti and Pique are absolutely fine for his style. Umtiti was brilliant last season for a young centre back in his debut season.

    They're linked with Verratti as well. Him Busquets and Messi will be immense in that formation.

    Verratti would be an excellent signing if they could get him.
    Im still not sure in umtiti. Got high hopes for him, but think they need someone a bit more consistent to help nurture him. We are biased of course, but a virgil van * in with the pair of them would be superb

    Better player than his reputation post Spurs would suggest but still, 20 odd million for a guy that's 29 this month is a bit silly.

    Verrati is the stand out player in Europe that would improve Barca's midfield.

    Aye, Spurs aside, he's done alright for himself. But he doesn't strike me as anywhere near good enough for a top European team.

    Verratti and Thiago should be the midfielders Barca are after.

    He was a joke at Spurs but before that he was a quality player in a decent Brazil side. He's now back playing regularly for them as well.

    Maybe they can't afford Verrati, in today's stupid market he's worth the guts of 100 million. Which blows my brain.

    They should have a look at the centre mid from Betis as well that played for Spain U21's he looks a quality player.

    Dani Ceballos? He'd be a very smart signing. Real Madrid are seemingly really keen on him.

    Whoever Barca sign, they have to start finding some success in the transfer market. Their last few windows have been fairly poor.

    Everton just signing every * they can. Stupid the amount of money they throwing at just any *.

    But I guess they were always confident they'd sell Lukaku and sell him for alot, with the exception of Ramirez they've * stupid money on bang average players.

    Agents must be loving Everton at the moment.

    Paulinho would be a bit of an underwhelming signing, especially after being linked with Verratti. Been wanting Verratti to sign for Barca for a long time, same with koke aswell. Need to sell a few I would imagine to get Verratti in as the funds aren't there at the moment.
