Has anyone else been watching Wimbledon so far?

Hoping Andy's early exit from Queens is a blessing in disguise, with him getting extra rest. He's not favourite for it, but I can see him getting far.

The resurgence of Federer and Nadal will be a big threat too.

I cant believe how gingerly he was moving last week in training.

I think he's putting a brave face on to be honest and his hip will be his downfall this year.

It would be monumental for Murray to get to the Final this year IMO. Too much going on; his form is poor, he's just been embarrassed at Queens, Djokovic just won Eastbourne, Nadal is flying after the clay court season, Federer just won Halle and there's a host of others underneath them who are in better form and in better nick heading into the first week like Kyrgios & Cilic.

    Maverick.

Solid first set here for Murray after a bit of a shaky start. Looks to be struggling with that hip though, limping quite badly in between points.

The lad Murray is playing can't serve for *, he looks good everywhere else but he really needs to work on his serve, just terrible.

Dustin Brown next for Murray by looks of it, I like him he's exciting to watch.

14 aces :56: I've turned the match on for literally 2 minutes and he hit 2 aces. Has he been * the rest of the match?

Stick your mortgage on Federer winning no 19.

Nadal's knees won't stand the grass courts, Djokovic's career at the top is over and Murray isn't up to much either.

I think any one of the big four could do it, hard one to call tbh.

Hate Andy Murray. Acts like a proper * head. Really aloof.:38:

Love Roger Federer, like an absolute ballet dancer on the court, and one of the few players who wins loads of tournaments/majors that I dont mind winning over and over again. Pleasure to watch and has that touch of class on and off the court Murray will never have.:notworthy:notworthy:notworthy

One Williams sister is not there this year but to make the tournament interesting we NEED Venus to get knocked out. Cant stand their power tennis its so * boring and they've won Wimbledon far too often.:nonono::champ:

The women's player I love the most (she actually looks like my cousin) is Agnieska Radwanska. Aggie is a player who's game is not totally concentrated around being powerful, as she is not really in comparison to her competitors that tall, but she sure as * is tenacious. Proper little scrapper who is a greater returner and former runner up at Wimbledon (2010). She returns powerful plays from players far stronger/bigger than her.

The hottest player for me bar Eugene Bouchard is Peronkiva (SEE HER INSTAGRAM HERE) who beat Serena/Venus at Wimbledon a few years ago . Not into Sharapova and never understand why she before serving brushes * hair that is NOT THERE! (My Mum reminds me of this every year!)

Anyway got the Strawberries and Cream and the Barley Water at the ready. I'm skint 2 weeks so having this on and being stuck in is a welcome tonic :D My Mum had me watching my first Wimbledon final aged 3 in 1992 when Agassi beat Isanisevic and I can remember many more great matches since.

If Tim Heman or Boris Becker or JOhn Lloyd mention that really annoying term 'WEAPONS' one more * time........:47:

'Murray has some awesome weapons in his armoury.....his first serve has been a great weapon today'. Parochial esoteric *.

@ScouseHoops have you watched any stuff with Andy Murray outwith press conferences/interviews with the media before/after matches??

He is far from aloof in a lot that I've seen, and to say he lacks class is a strange one too, in my opinion. Quite a lazy summation you've given about him. Entitled to your opinion of course :50:

Any 1 of about 6 or 7 could win this year, including Federer.

Hmmm. I dunno Mark, maybe its in my head pal. I suppose I'm fussy and the type of person where I am either hot or cold with someone. You know when you just do not like someone? Like I hate Chris Martin out of Coldplay and I just cannot explain why.Bar the fact he called his daughter Apple and is just strange. Although he is not on a level of Ketih Lemon.:40:

Anyway , in other news - why the * does Nadal need to caress himself with a towel every 2 minutes? The lads obsessed with his shoes as well tying them and looking at his socks at every changeover. Does the kid have OCD?
