I'd recommend it, mate. It's an expensive place but you more than make up for it with the wages. Get yourself out for 18 months and travel, then save. :50: Thinking about coming back after Uni is done with.

Aye, my mum's cousin works and lives in Sydney so there are a few connections I could use if need be. I'm gonna get my degree oot the road then maybe head over there with it behind me and see what happens.

Not sure I like the idea of jumping straight into full time work again :giggle1:

Kicks the ball with 2 feet so o won't do him a disservice of mini Messi. He's mini Lubo with legs..

Driving around town, letting someone into your lane, and you get a wave back. Puts my faith back in humanity slightly :giggle1:.

    Being on a beautiful beach
    Drinking cocktails
    Some nice techno playing
And to top it off surrounded by absolutely stunning Russian girls in bikinis dancing.

    Nice little day :)

That they are trialling the Chicken Big Mac in Australia. It's unreal.

    For good?

What will you not miss? :56:

I would recommend it, but not for the coin. In the years gone past and if you had a trade (Or engineering degree), definitely, but not now. Not where I'm living anyway, end of the mining boom has hurt here the most, Melbourne is probably the best bet.

What I say to friends coming over, is to come for the lifestyle. It may not be what some want for the rest of their lives, but it can be unreal if you embrace it and enjoy it. Met far too many expats who compare and compare and drive themselves home.

Most importantly, get out of the fricken city and enjoy the best coastline the world has to offer!
