Another run today and it's the best I've felt since I've started running, post broken foot. Hopefully that's my injury worries behind me.

Just did a 8.5km jog there that I've been doing the last four weeks now once a week. Did it in 40 mins 20 seconds. Delighted with that, quickest previously was just under 42 mins.

I'm only into my 4th week of doing my own training and I feel literally ten times fitter than I was.

Got up at half 6 and did the Insanity fit test and will do an hour of weights early afternoon... however I do have 20 Guinness int fridge for the game which may negate some of the good work!

Have dropped 8 kilograms in a month due to cleaning up diet and hitting weights with some cardio. Pretty pleased with that! Now 6 foot and 80kg.

Another run today. Not at the level of fitness I want to be at but it'll improve with time.

Picked up this bad boy in Home Bargains. Holds 2.2 litres. Don't know about anyone else but when I'm going heavy it saves me finishing my usual 750ml bottle and having to refill

Put on a bit of timber last couple of months and dieting now. Want to get from 13st to 11 and a half. Always use Weight Watchers online. Easy to follow and keep a track. All dieting's hard though. First week of it already headaches and tired.

I'm 5"11 and 3 weeks ago weighed 16st 9 3/4. I do have a lot of muscle mass as i lift weights 5 times a week but go on holiday in two week so wanted to cut in. Down to 15 13 3/4 lbs the now so hoping to get to shift another few lbs or more possibly in the next 13 days. Once holiday is over though going to stick to what i've been doing as in a perfect world id love to get to 10% body fat.

Cheers bud. I've had a cold the past few days so going for a run has been put on the shelf until tomorrow hopefully. But still trying to be active indoors
