Hi, I have just got 2 season tickets for next season. I told my partner not to bother trying as it would be impossible. 4 weeks later we had a letter saying call this number and but a ticket on 2nd june! We were in a phone que for an hour but got 2 tickets in block 122!

    Buzzing.

Also does anyone know how many rows are in block 122 please?

Anyone know why the club customer service line (which is solid to get through to) IS THE ONLY PLACE/WAY to buy a student concession and why no other concession has to go through that procedure not is restricted on where they can sit?

Where can students sit/what are the restrictions?

Not 100% on restrictions but from what ive been told student ST's can only be purchased for the family area in the LL, which doesnt include Rangers games. Could be wrong though.

Not 100% sure on if students are restricted to just a few areas but if so due to their cost being a * of a lot cheaper than a standard ST I guess Celtic have decided to place them in those areas they think are cheaper seats for various reasons.

New OAP and child ST's I think you'll find also need to go through the TO to provide proof of age etc.

I'd assume proof of id and think students need to get a special form from the TO which their college/ Uni have to stamp before they get the student discount.

When applying i'd advise to take the opt in option for Huns games otherwise if she applies later she'll have to pay the full * price circa £50 per game.

Bizarrely @Gyp Rosetti @Lion1961 I got through on the phone, rang up, woman said 'i'll sort this so you CAN do it on finance but it wont be in your ticket basket......but you can do it online and via finance'

It wasn't in my basket but i got a season card application form this morning with a zebra finance form with no employment questions on it with the FULL PRICE on the front BUT the discounted price within the form.

Also no seat details are in it. I just got told to make sure i apply for that seat.

    Very mysterious this.:87:

Even more mysterious is the credit check that is done ONLINE, * season tickets being done ONLINE yet for student season tickets its done over the phone and the credit check when REQUESTED OVER THE PHONE isn't as full on.

Incorrect you can opt into Rangers games and its 443-445

But it seems this woman on tjhe phoen said she had 'reserved' my seat subject to me sending in the paperwork and sorting finance out although its NOT on my customer account on eticketing. This is proper odd.

Also season tickets vs Rangers sold out now so don't know if that screws me over as i possibly 'sorted mine' (Not sure) yesterday. @Gyp Rosetti @Lion1961

Not sure where you are getting the Huns tickets sold out already?

If your form and finance is accepted and you ticked the opt in you should be fine for Hun games. Might be offered a seat in another area if your seat is the Hun allocated areas. But even if you opted out, the ST form itself i'm sure says you will get the option to buy a Hun ticket but at full * price.

Until processed your e-ticketing account won't show anything.

Your right mate. Basically just rang the ticket office who said UNTIL MONDAY ON THERE SIDE its 'reserved' but on my side as I obviously haven't sent the finance/uni/season ticket application form to COMPLETE THE PROCESS yet it won't show up until then.

Basically the lad said to me its reserved till Monday inclusive of Rangers games and to send all the filled in forms back and a covering letter saying its been reserved and to check the client ref/

SO it seems oddly they 'reserve' tickets without paying for them when they are done with the student/zebra combo. Odd haha. Hope this ends well. According to the guy on the phone, it should :D @Lion1961 I'm in 444 btw with the gods

Understandable Celtic reserve the seat for a set period otherwise that same seat could be sold multiple times. Hopefully your finance is accepted and that's you sorted.

Good view from 444 but the stairs are murder.
