    If folk are gonna be off for longer during work etc they can try and leave their pick with someone else.

    I know that is impossible for this one but not all are like this obviously.

    I'm fine with 4 hours, although as I said previously, the windows only work on the other draft forum because we have a WhatsApp group to keep it up to speed. There might be days on here where we skip 2 or 3 people before they can get on to pick. This means people will need to start leaving a shortlist of players to keep things organised.

    Everyone on here is quite reliable and I don't think we've had many occasions when someone has gone over 4 hours. Maybe 3/4 times this draft I think.

    What do you think about the time limit stopping at midnight and opening again around 9am?

    For example if the last pick was made at 10pm and the next picker was unable to come on to pick... the 2 hours up until midnight would count and then the picker would have from 9am-11am the next morning to pick? Seems fair.

    Time limit has to stop after midnight imo. That's the only thing I'd be bothered about if it wasn't implemented.

    We just need to stipulate that people need to leave shortlists with someone, if they're going to be offline for a while.
