Should win this easy. Aberdeen winning 6-0 against Partick makes no odds. Skelp them.

Aberdeen winning 6-0 and Bobby MadHun the ref, and Aberdeen's new great white hope Scott Wright scores a hat trick.
This is going to be tougher than we think.

What have the results been against Aberdeen this season?

Scott Wright and Christie won't start. That's 5/6 goals right there. Now factor in the fact that it was Partick's b team, and they are gash, and it can be seen that you are talking mince.

According to the press McInnes is going to start Wright, he already has room in the team to fit Wright in with Christie ineligible to play.

Overconfidence is very often a killer. To think we just need to turn up and we will win on Saturday is disrespectful to Aberdeen and the huge travelling support they will bring to Hampden.
It's a one off Cup Final anything could happen, a team could suddenly go down to ten men and be suddenly up against it.
With Madden as the ref, Aberdeen have an advantage already sadly.

And the 3-0 League Cup Final win.

    We are strong, strong favourites.

They've put 2 goals past us in 5 games. Couldn't beat us during our "slump" in the winter. A fully fit, fully motivated Celtic side in a sunny Hampden. Unstoppable.

Wright won't start. Mind you I'd rather he did.

It'll be Rooney with Hayes, McLean and McGinn behind.

I'm not so sure. It will be hard to drop a young guy who has just came in and scored a hat trick for you.
McInnes knows what he has done so far hasn't worked against us, judging by those four score lines, though two of them are narrow one goal losses. By playing Wright from the start he would be throwing a curve ball at us, I hope Brendan has got this possibility covered, because the kid looks good.

He scored a hattrick against Partick Thistle. Whilst it's to be commended, it's hardly the sign of a top player. Dodoo scored 2 in 5 minutes for the huns against Thistle and he's an absolute donkey.

I'll be stunned if Wright starts. Like I said, I hope he does. Hayes and McGinn would "worry" me much more than a young guy who's barely kicked a ball all season.

    I thought you didn't rate Hayes ? :giggle1:
You rubbished me for saying Johnny Hayes was a good player, and I would rather have Hayes than GMS ?

That's why I put quotation marks around the word worry. They don't worry me, although I respect that they have talent that can punish us should we have an off day.

Hayes is a decent player. He's not Celtic quality. Neither is GMS.

4-1 Celtic. Griff, Armstrong, Sinclair, then Dembele coming on in the sixtieth minute and scoring.
