    Seen him 3 or 4 times for them and he didnt look that good to me, quite an average player for the money they paid. Not what youd expect from a Brazilian.

    This is the first time I've seen him. Looks fast, direct, good on the ball as you'd expect.

    They will probably easily make him into a player and punt him for double the money.

    Van de Beek also and Dolberg I think they signed when he was 16 or 17, I just noticed him playing at the start of the season and thought they had only just signed him but sure I seen he was there last season also.

    Didn't they sign Dolberg a year or so ago from a Scandinavian club?

    But aye, you're right. As much as I hate the *, it's * that they're like us in the fact that they'll never be able to hold on to all their top players for much longer than a couple of seasons.

    True, I thought with that money and being a Brazilian he would be this skillful flair dribbling sort of wide player but what i've seen of him so far he's not that type of style more of a direct player.

    He's murder though, good player but brainless and he makes a * of a lot of stuff. Would be good for us but also a player you'd want to boot in the baws like Samaras.

    Silkeborg in 2015 but you could say the same about Eriksen etc.

    He was in the youth team for a good part of the year before coming into the side. It seems to be the coaches and the set up at Ajax that makes these players, their scouting of Scandinavia in particular is excellent.

    Remember when they had Vertonghen, Vermaelen and Aldewiereld all in the same squad. They have had some class sides over the years, as you say, if they held onto the Sneijders, Van Der Vaarts etc imagine what they'd have done.
