    Look a couple of posts above at what Devlin said. McGeady was a good player for us. More than good.

    There's a reason he went for such a big fee.

    I rated Stokes and Riordan above McGeady as Celtic players with more end product.

    Stokes and riordan over mcgeady - they are 2 of the most average footballers celtic have had in the last 20 years. Both had reasonable talent but both wasted it due to lack of professionalism, mcgeady much better than both

    Strachan was/is an obstinate little objectionable man.He can't handle players who have big egos just like him.
    He ended Riordan's Celtic career before it even started by sidelining him from the team and played inferior players before Riordan just to spite him.Celtic fans booed Strachan for his unfair treatment of Riordan.
    Strachan did the same to Gravesen, playing a young Evander Sno before him just to spite Tommy.He has done it to other Celtic players too.
    Strachan has been doing the same to Griffiths as Scotland manager, and has only changed his tune because his job is on the line.
