Expect there to be a minute silence across the country this weekend, including our game of course.

Awful news though, a young guy leaving behind a young family in such unexpected and sudden circumstances. A good man by all accounts too.

His goal against us was a cracker, even with such poor goalkeeping on display by Artur.

Was really saddened to hear that today, I always liked the big guy. Remember him at Villa and Middlesborough, at the time when he signed for Rangers I was quite annoyed :giggle1:

Shocked. Thoughts go out to his family and all those at Tottenham involved with the incident. RIP

Sad to hear about this. When you're a 41yo with an unhealthy lifestyle it fairly makes you aware of your own mortality when an athletic 44yo snuffs it from a heart attack.

    Sad news, RIP big man:shamrock:

It can happen at any time, lost my wee bro to cardiac as some may remember on here. Mark had symptoms in the lead up to his death but at 23 he never gave it a moments thought, why would he? Don't take your mortality for granted guys no matter what age you are.

Absolutely no problem with a silence for the big man , and anyone who doesn't respect it , is a disgrace . But you can't help but notice . No silence today, or black armbands . Who decides these things ? Is it the clubs or the sfa

To be honest though he played about 10 games up here, I dont recall any silences for that Prodan who died a few months ago. The huns might want one which would be fair enough but other games is taking it too far. Hibs and Aberdeen fans for example probably have no memory of him even playing for the huns.
