Been thinking about this match objectively and I am extremely confident we will win comfortably.

The League cup semi-final this season was one of our most dominant display of the campaign , we played better in that match than we did in the 5-1 game. We created an insane amount of chances and bossed possession . The big pitch at Hampden suits us down to the ground . It allows our wide players to express themselves and especially brings the best out of James Forrest. It allows Sinclair and Rogic to find those pockets of space in the final third. I have a feeling they will try and press us leaving room in behind which will work in our favour. They are going to have two rookie teenagers in a back four that is up there with the weakest in the league. If Dembele is on form this will be a rout.

Their goalkeeper Wes Foderingham has been playing out of his skin recently and has been keeping them in a lot of their games, especially evident against Aberdeen, and the last game with us.

We need to identify his weak spots and find a way by him.

They are undoubtedly dangerous just now and the have some good players in their ranks, their 3-0 demolition job of Aberdeen away was impressive. They generally play well at Hampden too, last Cup Final excepted, and I am expecting a really hard game. First twenty minutes is going to be crucial, the team that settles down quickest generally does well in these winner takes all games. We need to see Dembele and Sinclair imposing themselves again in these games. The last two games they have been anonymous.I just wish we could find a starting place for Leigh Griffiths, he is the sort of player who woudl give them all sorts of problems, we saw that in the 1-1 game, they couldn't handle him.

we need to up our game, sure Brendan will have the players fired up. These games are hard to predict- to use an old cliche, form goes out the window :90: and Gollum is the ref, so anything could happen.

    I say 3-1 to us.

There's another thing we have got to remember.
The Hampden pitch will be * after the first semi final so no or very few slack passes from us or they * will take advantage especially with help from the ref.

I'd love to pass the scum off the park but it's just not going to happen on that pitch. But we can still use the size of it to our advantage. Run at that * and paceless back 4 as much as possible. We've so much pace and energy out wide and through the middle we need to use it.

Never been one to complain about Forrest starting over Roberts - I understand why he does it. But I really think Roberts should be starting this one. It's not like Forrest can't come on with 25 minutes left and run at that young left back

One of their weak links, he can stop a good shot with his feet and then pass it straight to an opponent.

Cant agree with this, Aberdeen destroyed then all game and then just collapsed in the last quarter and handed them 3 goals.

I'm going with a comfortable 3-1 win for the good guys, Sinclair, Armstrong and Dembélé with miller probably getting a consolation goal for them.
