I was raging but I've simmered a bit now. At the end of the day, all that cheating and us not being very good on the day and they still couldn't beat us. All these talking points will also mask a below par performance so at least there's that.

Tell you what. After seeing that Brown tackle again, it's never a red card in a million years.

No excuse for Browns stupidity... but deep down we all loved that moment. Moron though.

Theres no denying we were poor today, a lot of the players seemed well off the pace. We scored two goals aye and hit the bar Armstrong was really unlucky with that, but as I said and others noted in this thread during the game we seem to really lay off teams for parts of the game even over play a little which is * frustrating. We should be walking away with all 3 points though that penalty decision was * atrocious the ref couldn't wait to point to the spot.

I have a feeling though you are singling my post out because I said I'm not confident about next week.

The st Johnstone penalty is the only honest mistake gone our way this season. Far too many gone against us!

It's a tackle you see weekly and it always results in a yellow, it's funny actually you see the ref reach for his top pocket then he realises it's Broony and goes for the red

You know as well as I do what sort of character Scott Brown is. If somebody makes a late challenge on him he doesn't forget about it.

I agree, watch a few times. Yellow. also in the aftermath nothing said about the players shouldering him and one trying to grab the back of his neck.

Still in a little bit of disbelief after that. How on earth the ref will be able to defend that decision for the penalty I can't begin to fathom, apart from him claiming it was an 'honest mistake', and the thing is, the player, Schalk, is going to pilloried because of the dive, but the thing is that does not excuse the ref making such a poor and ultimately game changing decision.

Brown being sent off as a direct result, born of frustration from both the penalty and then being taken out shortly thereafter, was a real brain explosion. Really, he should have known better knowing what is coming up next week. Really was a throwback to the WGS' era Scott Brown - and not in a good way, sadly.
