    Have we set any pick deadlines?

    I think 6 hours per pick or something would be fine. If the person doesn't pick within 6 hours then we move on to the next pick and then the person that missed the deadline picks as soon as they're online.

    Midnight till say 8am is the safe zone, where no deadlines are in play.
