Beautiful Sunday - the IRA version
Tidier than Bitton but switched off for the goal - though I wouldn't blame him for us conceding. We were very poor when Armstrong went off and it was coming.

It's a shame he wasn't a little narrower at the Rangers goal, might have made the difference.

That said, thought he was good when he came on. Always offering for a pass, really tidy in possession and worked hard off the ball. More than could be said of Bitton, who looked lost today.

I thought he was our best player when he came on, he lost it a bit though when Griffiths came on for Armstrong and he had to go deeper beside Brown. When he had more freedom earlier he was getting about the park well and creating attacks.

I said during the game, he'll never be 1st choice but he's a great option to have in the squad.

Neat, tidy, composed, works hard and can be a goal threat.

Aye he was our best outfield player in the second half. Played well.

Reason I think he's a great squad player is he has an attacking instinct and is always trying to create things moving forward and being inventive with the front line. But as already mentioned there wasn't much movement ahead of him today to be able to put balls into and make one twos and things happen.

He definitely changes the style of play when he comes on as a sub which can prove a problem for sides as they adjust to the more attacking threat.

Skill level to play at the high speed we are capable of when we play our best football. Unfortunately we were much slower than usual today which meant we were easy to read and gave them the impetus to pressure us.

Also remains calm under pressure too which helps him retain possession.

McGregor was awful. Some of you's must be watching a different game from me I think. He lost possession about nine times, absolutely criminal and no end product just like McGeady.

Armstrong was better until having to go off, I get what your saying though the wee man showed some urgency when brought on.

His use of the ball is better than Bitton but his positioning could be better, doesn't provide much defensively..

Hopefully Eboue will be the complete midfielder we lack.

Did no one seeing him losing the ball on numerous occasions and blowing good attacking opportunities? He got outmuscled of their midfield who all powderpuff.
