You have reported me twice .. jeezoh that's a bit desperate. I mean the only thing that was wrong with my post was I said - "Huns *" when I should have obviously said "Hun *"

Also, I didn't accuse you - I just asked a question, so that surely cant be worth getting your panties all pissy wet over is it ? :bye1:

Honestly don't know if you're a bit dense or just trying your hardest on every thread to get people to react so they get banned

Watt could have been a talent if he sorted himself out, maybe he will wake up and realize where he is and where he could have been and do something to reach the potential he promised. Strange that when he left Airdrie they replaced him with GMS who is now similarly to Watt underachieving at Celtic.

Lennon was right about him years ago. Barcelona got to his head big time. Used to work with someone close to him n he said he was a loose cannon. Interested in chasing wee lassies n not playing football. The quotes from big players who've played with him and managers say it all.

Think the comparison between Watt and GMS is way off, without trying to sound like too much of a *.

Watt has never had a hard working mentality, and he's had 4 managers say that to him now and he's still not getting the message. He seems spoiled and uninterested in earning anything he wants to achieve.

GMS just doesn't seem mentally strong enough to perform under the pressure of 50,000 fans every week. He's got talent and ability and it doesn't seem like he can deal with Celtic and its demands, but he's not lazy or half hearted about his approach to the game. He gives his all and hasn't taken an opportunity for granted, it just seems like a case of a player not being up to standard for us.

    This.

I know for a fact some of the stuff he was up to and he's lucky he lasted at Celtic as long as he did. An absolute creep who'll get himself in some amount of trouble one day.

GMS and Watt are nothing a like. GMS isn't underachieving at Celtic, he just simply got signed by us when underachieving was seen as acceptable by the board. GMS is just an average player who doesn't have the mentality to handle the pressure of playing for us and having to win every week. You'll never hear any trouble about him about the club.

Watt had everything going for him at the club. A goalscorer who thrived on pressure in matches. He let it all go to his head after the Barca goal and thought he didn't have to turn up to training and could behave like he wanted inside and outside of the club. As soon he got a big contract he thought he ran Celtic.

GMS just isn't good enough and never has been or ever will be.

Watt had it all. He was twice the player McGregor was in that youth team but one worked hard and one * it all. Look at there careers now.

Honestly surprised he's still kicking about. There's a reason the club made him delete his twitter account and other social media.

There's Doc's modus operandi right there. Provocative statements designed to rile people so he can report them.

    What a snakey existence.

The comparison between Watt and GMS is off the plumb. They are chalk and cheese.A lot of rewriting of history is going on here.Watt was doing well and was a rising star with us, until Lenny decided to send him to Belgium, and bring in the no hopers Pukki and Balde. It was a grave error of judgement by Lenny that probably done for Tony's Celtic career.
But he is only 23, he ain't washed up like some on here would like you to think, he can still bounce back.

Lenny decided to send him to Belgium because Watt was a lazy * who didn't look after himself and work as hard as he needed to. Speaking of Belgium, remember what his manager over there said about Watt?

"But he won’t score the goals he CAN score because physically he’s not good. I see him as the type who thinks by doing a little bit he can get a lot."

Pukki actually had a better record at Celtic than Watt, by the way. Same games played but Pukki scored 1 more goal.

He really was a talent and if he actually applied himself correctly who knows where he could be right now.

He didn't, he's not an isolated case he's not the first promising young player to not love up to their potential there have been plenty like him and there will be plenty after him. Lenny is not to blame for Watts regression, Watt is.

He could have got this * together and put the effort in but didn't and after such an iconic goal against the world's best team at the time, who knows what effect that would or could have in the dressing room if such an ego began to take over the place.

If Watt had a professional bone in his body, a mature mind and the ability to work hard then he'd be doing better then having 6 * clubs in four years and largely not being part of the starting 11 most games.

He seems a bit of an *, obviously has talent but doesn't or can't seem to get his head right regarding Training, Fitness etc...

It's a shame as when he's older he'll look back at THAT goal and wonder why he didn't push on.

I think the opposite. You just have to look at him talking about his career and thinking he's above Scottish football. The boys a * idiot. He'll probably come out in a few year saying how he regrets signing for Celtic instead of Liverpool.

Broony and co. didn't want to even share a dressing room with him at the end up. He's just an utter * up.
