Aye, I was a big fan of Stokes as a player. But his personality got him into trouble often. I can recall Lennon saying he was the most fined player in the squad.

Some ridiculous comments, he's had * all playing time, not match sharp yet and little confidence. He's always been an inconsistent player, when in form he absolutely tears defences apart but off form like Sunday nothing really comes off for him.
Good squad player to have, happy to keep him here.

The guy has loads of ability, but seems like a real shrinking violet. His head goes down far too easily.

    He's rarely in form though.

At Dundee United he used to be entertaining to watch. Always had a trick up his sleeve. But since coming here we've seen virtually none of that. He just seems very mentally weak. Think Celtic is too big a club for him, in the same way it was for Pukki.

Yeah once he missed that 2nd one on one his just disappeared, down to the mental strength of GMS. Rodgers is fantastic for changing the mentality of players and a team, I think we'll see that in GMS in the coming weeks.

I think we need better, even as a squad player for that area of the park.

Our wingers are crucial to the way we operate and I don't think he cuts it.

Once Roberts goes it's imperative we bring in 2 new wide men. Onyekru and someone else.

GMS has talent and although wingers are notoriously inconsistent, I can't ever see him lasting. It was a complaint that many a Dundee United fan also had.

Well looking at how big an impact Rodgers made with Forrest for example, big confidence and was consistent for 3/4 months with a run of games, that's all it takes.

Sure but in the long term I don't think GMS is good enough. He may well kick on a bit but there's only so much that can be done.

Roberts is the sort of quality we should be looking for on the right. We have Sinclair on the left, so finding a right sided version of him (or as close as we can afford) should be a priority. James Forrest will hopefully be back up next season.

And I'm sure he missed a good chance.

I'd love him to be the next Armstrong or Boyata but I really can't see it. Like I said, I don't think he has the mentality to play for us. He has a knack of missing big chances.

Aye am not saying GMS the answer for the right wing long term neither is Forrest tbh, Forrest is undroppable when in form but too often goes missing in big games. Onyekuru could be our man, or maybe a younger players like Miller or Nesbitt.

    No conviction in his strike..

Common theme appearing and we all have seen him finish, and finish well.... But in the big game's, he fluffs his line's..

He's a complete shitebag with a bit of talent that get's masked over entirely by his drifting out of game's as soon as something doesn't happen for him..

Watch what he was doing for St Johnstone's second goal yesterday. Was nowhere near Swanson and let him have 10 yard's to stick a cross in..

He had potential, but then that's been the story of his whole career..

I'll stick my neck on the line and say he'll be gone in the summer and playing for someone else in our division..

Spot on. He'd do a job for Aberdeen or Hearts.

Shitebag is harsh, wingers are easily drift out of games.

Are you kidding me on?:56: Aye blame him for tracking back and trying to defend a 2 on 1 while Lustig and Erik are standing in no mans land in the wrong positions, total pish mate.

I think that's an easy excuse to make for wingers.

Look at Sinclair yesterday. He didn't have his best game but he was always trying to get involved and make things happen. Just like he always does. GMS is like the James Forrest of old. If something doesn't go his way he tends to go missing.

    It's not, if it's true..

Look at Sinclair. That's no a shitebag. If Gms get's one tackle out of Sinclair's 10 a game, he's out..

Nah. He stands drifting back towards the box whilst the man directly nearest to him swans about eventually putting the cross in..

If you don't think Brendan will notice that, after publicly talking about how poor we were for the first corner. Paddy diving in and them scoring, then I can't help you..

He likes a grafter in both directions. Not passengers who decide they've had enough..
