I am wanting to lose weight and have increased cardio. Went to the pure gym and place was packed out so I decided to do patch it and do some outside cardio.

Done some laps of an abandoned red ash pitch, sprinting corner flag to corner flag then jogging the length of the pitch, managed 2 full laps at full pelt, it isn't easy. Going back soon for another round.

Hubby cut back on his intake this week and hit the exercise bike.......He dropped nearly 5Ibs in as many days! Wish I could lose weight like that. I'm struggling to lose this half stone and can't wait for my new Wonder Core Smart machine to arrive. It's hard to stay motivated when all you want to do is eat!

Need to lose weight on my thighs.

Really got to take up some sort of fitness or exercise activities as my new job has no physical aspect to it whatsoever and i can feel the pounds piling onto me already.

88.2 kg (195 lbs or 13.8 stone) this morning. If this keeps up, I'll be at my ideal weight just in time for Spring. :60:

So finally bit the bullet and stepped on the scales this morning... actually pleasantly surprised tbh.

181lbs, was 174 before Christmas , so 3 weeks of drinking and eating * wasn't as bad as the last time when I put on 18lbs.

Really want to hit my target weight of sub 170.

    What height are you two?

I was 12 and a half for a while and still feel like I need to lose a stone.

    I'm 5'9... 5'10 on a good day

Careful with musclefood sausages, the skin on those bad boys can be pretty thick!

Been doing really well going to the gym 3 times a week and playing football once a week. 2 days weights, 1 day rolling hills cardio.

Gaining in strength, increased my Bench press up 10kg, increased deadlift 10kg. Always flirted with gaining muscle but started and then gave up but have kept at it and over the past two months i am definitely stronger, although from where i started it wouldn't be difficult as im 5ft 11 and now im 11 stone or just under.

Will start to plateau probably into march as i am not eating excess calories, i keep to a pretty strict daily limit, so the gains have been effective noob gains as i haven't done weight training prior to this for a year or so. Just wanted to see me getting a bit stronger which is happening so quite pleased at the moment.

dont need mass amounts of cardio to lose weight. just eat in a caloric defecit and you will lose weight.

im on the opposite im 94kg just now and hoping to be over 100kg pretty soon during my bulk phase then from april-june i will cut.

im on 3700cals per day of clean meals on training days and a little less on rest days so im not gaining excess body fat while bulking.
