Yeah I don't give a * as long as he puts in the effort here, which he has as well as Allan obviously chomping at the bit for his chance.

He should in pre-season what he is capable of, might be the pressure and competition to get in the starting 11 or just confidence. Still a good squad player to have but I'd imagine Christie will be in front of him come January for a chance in the team unless he hits his form very soon.

 

Don't actually care, I just wish he had fkn squared the ball at the weekend.

 

Nowhere near clinical enough. Tame efforts with both excellent chances he had. Undoubted a weak link.

 

Always hits the keeper when he has that kind of chance in front of goal

Through on goal twice today and * himself both times. Forever going into hiding and looks like he just doesn't have a strong enough mentality and the responsibility needed to succeed as a Celtic player.

The frustrating thing is there's a good player in there somewhere but he's just never shown it enough in a Celtic shirt, he's had more than enough chances but he's out of his depth i'm afraid.

 

Missed a couple of chances then * himself and hid. Not mentally strong enough to play for Celtic.

 

Today was a great opportunity for him to throw his name into the hat for the next wee while.

Feel sorry for him as he seems a nice bloke, but I think that's what is the problem. He's not aggressive and ruthless enough.

Missed big ones in Europe for us, Inter and Man City away could have given us the lead in both games 1 on 1 with the keeper and hit it straight at them.

 

Hes not a bad player and does have ability but I think playing for Celtic is too much for him. Its either a lack of confidence or too much pressure that causes him to miss chances, he probably tucks away chances like that in training no problem.

 

He's completely finished here..

 

Punt him in the summer as his future is not here unfortunately.

 

It is funny because his arrival excited me far more than Armstrong's, I thought that he was going to at least give us some magical moments. While I think he clearly has the ability to be a very good player he cannot handle the pressure of playing for Celtic, he just looks afraid and uncomfortable. I am sure he can go off and have a decent career with one of the better SPL sides like Aberdeen or Hearts or even abroad.
It is a shame that it isn't going to happen for him, he had a big chance today and again couldn't take it.

 

2 chances on goal today. Missing once is forgiven, but a 2nd time isn't good enough if you can't create or score again.

Forrest should have started, but it was worth to see if Gary could bring something

 

This is the end for him, he didn't use his chances, he kept on hiding. No room for him in Brendan's squad.

 

Had two stone wall chances in the first half and a very good chance early on in the second . He looks unfit to me aswell, and is far too weak for this level. Just never going to make it here .
