Getting better and better and better. Thought he could have quite easily got MOTM ahead of Roberts.

He's the kind of player who will just belt in a 25 yarder hope he saves it for the next huns match

All action performance today and was a joy to watch.

 

Suprised me how good he's been, solid defensively, has an excellent shot on him i've noticed too skelps it like Bitton some power in it, great pace also very tidy in possession hardly ever gives the ball away.

First choice right-back for me now, I was a big fan of Lustig but he's too slow on the turn now that he gets done too easy against anyone with pace.

 

Aye he should keep his place now if he keeps this form up. Love the wee man.

 

I wonder how many will turn on him when he puts in a shocker.

Can't imagine him having a shocker tbh, domestically anyway. Too fast that he's probably played a good 15 games or so now but nobodies ever got past him, solid wee fiesty player too who seems to enjoy defending and tackling and coming away with the ball.

Johnny Hayes is the only guy who might test him, will be interesting mid week if they play against each other.

Loved the fact Lustig was giving him his appreciation on the way off..

That was class..

Some of his first touches were top class. Particularly the one second half where the ball came over and he touched it past the left back brilliantly to get a cross in. A wee deft touch that took the guy out the game..

 

His passing is so underrated man, his vision and weight of pass is some of the best in our team.

Hope he gets a run now.

 

Aye it's wee moments like that as well as his obvious attributes that make me think he could be something special once he gets going cause it must take time when your last manager didn't even play you.

I was wondering what he'd be like without Lustig in the CB position and I think it worked out well. I don't think they suit playing at the same time.

Only thing I think Gamboa needs is to be more brave and trust his speed because sometimes he seems to pause to try and pass to another player when you're thinking if that was KT he'd be down to the by line and whipping a cross in. What is good though is it's obvious he's got the ability to be creative cause of his skills on the ball, sometimes he looks like a South American veteran the quick moves he makes.

Brendan seems to be developing him at just the right pace and putting more and more faith in him which will only help his confidence. It's quite amazing the amount of speed we'll have in the team compared to the rest of the SPL if he becomes our right back. What about the speed of McGregor running in for that goal I've always liked him but I never knew he had a burst of pace like that.

I have never seen the new guy we signed but I'd bet a million dollars he's fast Brendan likes relentless pressing and attacking. And I can see why, it's so great to watch and must be so satisfying for a manager to create a team that can produce exciting football. I think our first goal would almost be a perfect goal for Brendan, it must've been 10 seconds from our keeper into their net.

 

Aye some of his passes were brilliant. Played through Forrest who then made a * of it.

 

Best game since he's been here without question.
