    I'm not picky.
Weighed myself at the end of February/beginning of March last year and I was up at 276lb (19.7 stones/125.1Kg) and was disgusted with myself as that's the heaviest I've ever weighed. That was the motivation alone for me to lose weight, so started walking, biking, and using weights. Last time I weighed myself about a month ago I was down to 217lbs (15.5 stones/98.4Kg).

I used to eat nothing but crap when snacking and when I did have meals it wasn't portion controlled and I gorged at just one meal. When doing the shopping now I don't even get tempted with the crap snacks and I'm more conscious of what I eat when it comes to protein's, carbs, etc.

walking is one of the best excercises for you, maybe try not eating after a certain time say 6 or 7 and maybe cut one unhealthy thing out your diet completely see how you get on.

I do that. I stop eating at 5pm and only take water or the odd cup of tea (without sugar/sweetners) until 9am (sometimes later) 16:8 diet. You can lose weight by just doing that alone. I try to do 2 x 600 calorie days (maybe Sunday and Wednesday or whatever) and in keeping with the 5:2 diet. I lost 2Ibs this week :50:

Water is far better for you naturally.

Some will tell you full fat fizzy juice is better because it doesn't have aspartame in it and others will say diet is better because there's no calories.

On diets like Slimming World etc... diet fizzy juice is all free and is actually used in cooking.

Not even going to weight myself when I get back.

13 straight days of boozing I'm going to say a stone at least.

I am similar to this, I am only 5 foot 9 but if my weight goes below 13 stone or so, I look gaunt and unwell, my bones must be dense as *

Gotta get doing this gym stuff again. Got a bit tubby over the last we while. Injured plus holidays meant iv had over 3 months off all training.
Done a cycle round some loch this week to get my cardio up. Flat tyres and 3 hours meant iv walked like a penguin since :56:

Was back at work on wednesday and back in the gym at lunch time. Gym is right next to my office so i go 3/4 times a week.

Got football on monday and wednesday next week as well so looking forward to getting back to reasonable fitness again.

Can only do 30 mins during the week at the gym but its more than enough to get in a weights session or quick cardio workout.

Cardio workouts are doing 2 miles as fast as i can then a cool-down.

First time back im at 15 mins, looking to get it down to 12 mins in the next few weeks.
