Quite a few I have enjoyed, The X-Files was amazing at the time quite dated now but I still watch it from time to time. Lost started out with such great promise but Damon Lindelof is an awful script writer and it lost (harhar) it's way in the third season. Breaking Bad goes without saying. Lonesome Dove was amazing if no one has ever seen it check it out Robert Duvall and Tommy Lee Jones are fantastic. Enjoy Game of Thrones and Better Call Saul seems to be a winner so far. Really liked the Walking Dead but * me they don't half spread it thin over 16 episodes given up with it now. Deadwood is my favourite watch it over and over again have the box set and usually end up sticking a random episode on when I'm tidying up or sitting procrastinating, * on Wheels is my current obsession. I liked Sons of Anarchy a lot but that guy that wrote it forget his name was terrified to kill off certain characters who in reality should have been gone by the 5th-6th season not because they were bad characters but because the situation half of them ended up in there should have been no way back, but no here comes Jax to save the day again. Went about 2 seasons too long in my opinion, pity cause the first 4 were * great.

    1. Deadwood
    2. Game of Thrones
    3. * on Wheels
    4. The X-Files
    5. Lonesome Dove

Watched The Take a few years ago actually and enjoyed it.

Didn't know who Hardy was at the time but remember thinking he was good in it.

Seems to be pretty divided opinions on The Wire, I have to say I am loving it though. I watched another three episodes after my post last night.

Took me a long time to get through those first six episodes. Think I watched the first four in three different years before I stuck with it. So glad I did though, it's unparalleled as a TV show. The scope of it, the amount of brilliant characters, I think Game Of Thrones comes close but sometimes falls into the trap of doing "shocking" things for ratings and no one on the Wire is as annoying as Daenerys, certainly no one with the amount of screen time she gets.

I thought it was brutal personally. Stuck with it and stuck with it because I'd heard good reviews but couldn't get into it.

Just signed back up to Amazon prime and continued with the Vikings.

It isn't the greatest I've ever seen but it is definitely one of my all time favourites. Brilliantly done.

We were on a bit of a downer when Breaking Bad finished but boy from work told me about Sons and me and the missus loved it and forgot about BB! Rattled through it fairly quickly.

Also enjoyed the BB spin-off Better call Saul too!!

Just started Making a Murderer and half way through ep 2.....quite good so far!

    Not very original but .........
    1) Game of Thrones
    2) Criminal Minds (especially the early series with Gideon)

As a kid, it would have been Thunderbirds :)

7 episodes into season two of The Wire, it really is top drawer.

I usually would struggle to see a show matching The Sopranos in my estimation but I think The Wire will run it close by the time I'm finished.

Loads of great characters and the writing is excellent.

If you ignore the last season, I'd say The Wire edges The Sopranos for me.

But I'd have to watch them both a second time to fully commit to that.
