    That's exactly it. Had 2 injuries this year so those have disrupted me a fair bit. It's the first time in years I've felt this demotivated about my fitness. Going tomorrow over lunch to kick start it again.

    Same. Outwith the 2 hours of 5's i play a week i've really been slacking off.
    Can't get back into jogging at all.

    I'll blame the weather.

    Those motivational pictures are cliche but they do work and they are helpful reminders, if nothing else.

    2 cruciate ligament injuries this year have absolutely broken me, longest period of my life without any real excercise.

    I've just been doing the bare minimum really, two training sessions and a match per week. Haven't been doing any extra running or workouts. Diet hasn't been great either, although it could be a lot worse.

    Plan on really getting back into fitness and diet again once Christmas is out of the way.

    Nightmare. Broke my hand at the start of the year and have had shin splints the past three months. Slowly getting back to normal but my motivation waned massively.

    Slowly getting back into the swing of things. Got time off work so don't have any excuses about being busy. Made a vow to myself not to over indulge in crap this Christmas.

    Same. Managed to lose a good few pounds in December so would prefer to keep them off.

    On a role this year.been off the drink and drugs for 13 months now.now exercising more than i ever have.getting plenty of miles in with walking.3 gym sessions a week.yoga class after eatch of my workouts.and 2 swims on my off days.plus 2 rest days where i go long walks.my diet is a lot better.was 15 stone 4 last janaury now down to 11 stone 9.

    my advice wold be give yourself small goals like lose a couple of pounds then build on it instead of aiming big.i started walking few miles a day then over the months started adding other stuff to my walking etc gym,swimming,yoga and started chucking things out my diet slowly like giving up fizzy drinks,then after a few weeks cutting down on bread and chocolate.ill have like two days a week were i will treat my self to a bar a chocolate or a cake.
