Must have a good 10-15 goals for the first team now. tidy on ball and a threat in box.

I wonder if he can become even better. great to have in the squad. can play anywhere across the 5 in midfield

didnt know mcgregor only turned 23 in june always thought he was a bit older.

could have a big part to play in our future.

He's so great to watch when he's on form. Very skilful player. He seems to score some beautiful goals. Can create as well. Brilliant to have in the squad.

Played well again last night and took his goal with aplomb. I think he would not look out of place in the Scotland set up

Still to find that level of consistency that would have him as a starter every game needs a bit more strength as he is sometimes brushed off the ball easily

I think with him is the question is getting conssistency and a the right position settled. He seems to like arriving late in opposition areas and be decent on the ball so box to box seems right for me especially with Rogic further forward.

The thing is Stuey is having a stormer with Broonie and McGregor can be inconsistent.

Good touch, has the ability to go past people, great wee shot on him. He's never going to be a world beater, but he's young and has the potential to improve...

I like him, I feel he helps the fluency of our play whenever he's on the pitch. Always keeps the ball moving nicely and well capable of an incisive pass or a goal.

Whether he will ever be starter material, is hard to say, but hope he sticks around.

He's a strange player, one minute I hate him then he's okay then * and then excellent. Like the weather, four season's in one day!

    Completely agree.

He gets a decent number of goals for a midfielder and is quite tidy...but sometimes he just looks like a Hearts level player. Mixed bag.

When we were struggling for any find of rhythm in first half, I was thinking, get McGregor on because he will always pop up with a goal or assist. A very useful player to have around.

Overall he's not quite good enough. But I think he can be in the future when he peaks. Good player to have around for sure.

Pretty much where I am with him. He's a trier though, which helps. He kind of reminds me of Leon Osman.
