I was being obtuse bud, but he was shocking last night.
Found myself screaming for him to hit the by line and attempt a cross.

Ruined countless flowing moves and left himself open to criticism.

Hardly kicked a ball In a year. Of course he's bound to have a bit of a rough start.
Was no bad all things considered last night as I shuddered at the thought but he done well enough.
If he can get a wee run of games he could be a decent player.

Don't think he was as bad as some are making out he wasn't immense but he wasn't bad either

Had a few bad passes but was solid enough. Don't get the hate?

A bit more confidence and he'd have kept his runs going right down the wing. He'll get there

He just needs a good run of games in the team but he probably won't get that for a while

Probably his best performance since he joined.....I guess he has only had 2-300 minutes on the pitch for us, you have to believe he will get better, harden up a little, settle to the pattern and players around him....if Izzy supported KT, maybe he should give Lustig and the coaches some time to work on Gamboa

Think he will get better as the season goes on, Brendan sees something in him and i have faith our manager and coaches will be working hard with him to get the best out of him.

I am not so sure he does. I think it is more a case of expediency during an injury crisis rather than choice.
I think Gamboa may have been a last minute panic buy scouted by John Park, and that is why I think Brendan will be dipping into the transfer market shortly for another right back.

I would agree with that. He was nowhere near as bad as some are making out.

Me too, he never stood out to me as having a poor game. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt anyway and waiting till he's played 10 more games before starting to judge him as he's been out so long it's going to take him time to adjust to a new team and higher level again. Mind you I don't know how long it will take him to get that many games because I'm hoping Lustig remains injury free this season.

    Shows attackers inside too much.

Had one or two poor games at the start, don't particularly rate him so far but has more quality than Janko.

one thing apparent when watching this lad was, he has a great work rate. he did misplace passes, but I have the feeling he'll iron that out quite quickly, and (hopefully!) prove a lot of you wrong.

    I agree with this.

From what I can remember of the game, which isn't much, a lot of their attacks came down Izaguirre's side. He does seem quite raw though but has attributes that could be useful.

Do I seem him as a starter long term? I'm not so sure yet.
