Looks fitter and in better shape than ever as well. Also felt he was slightly chunky under Lenny.

He was chunky looking under both Lenny and Ronny I think.
    He definitely looks sleeker now.

Time for the wee man to step up again. Should be a more than able replacement for a couple of months.

LB is honestly one of the least worrying positions we have, nothing like losing Broony for example.

I'm absolutely gutted that KT is out but I fully trust Izzy to do a job.

Thank * we kept him. This is when a strong squad comes into play.

This wee man clapped himself a goodbye last year in my mind thinking the club was done with him. Wether the the club insisted he stay or he did himself I thank the gods! With KT injured he'll do a job for us in that position and maybe with a point to prove and BRs style of playing attacking football he'll slot in nicely. played not too bad against county for his first game in a long time.

Have we got a decent lb in reserve ? Some amount if games between now
and KT returning. Not sure how
many international games Honduras will be playing as well, if any.

    McIlduff any good ?

Izzy been well rested after years of non stop play with club and country. Wouldn't doubt his ability to play every minute left of 2016 at all

Wonder how much he'll actually play. I felt Tierney was the only thing stopping BR playing 3 at the back more regularly.

Sinclair isn't suited to 3 at the back so it's a non starter in my opinion.

Awful first 15 minutes, but he's grown into the game a bit more. Still dodgy as * defensively though.

I'd rather see us go for a back 3 against BMG than start Izzy.

Aye, definitely get the fear when he's playing. Forgets he's a defender :celtman2:

I think you need to realise he is a completely different player to KT and if he is going to play then you have to set up to accommodate him.

It just seemed like that because Ledley covered so well for him that you never noticed when he was too far ahead of the ball.

I mean when somebody was coming one on one to him it seemed he just stuck a foot out and won the ball every time.

Agree though Ledley did cover some amount of ground on the left of the pitch, what a player.
