To be fair to you, you could probably go through every thread on every player in here and nearly every single person would have made a * of it at some point.

I bet the Griffiths one would be a good example of this actually. And Brown's.

 

People's opinions can change. Have to say in the beginning it didn't look promising, just seemed to be game time he needed and fitness.

If you aren't at peak fitness, games just pass you by and your touch is off and general awareness is behind other players.

 

I forgot I posted that this morning, thought I was about to get pulled up for slagging him in July

 

Have to say I had my doubts about him at the beginning as well.

 

I still think his hold up play and first touches could be greatly improved but he has fantastic potential, will end up at a top team in one of the top leagues.

 

Personally think he'll stay longer, everything he says is always about improving here and playing for Celtic, I think Rodgers has got through and said stay at least 3 years and he will improve & develop then go to any team he fancies.

 

Certainly not the finished article yet but it will come, just needs to get that experience and play smarter against defenders in the air, already coming on leaps and bounds in 2 months.

Assuming they finish in the top 6 and we get at least 4 league games against them, I'm saying he could well end up with between 8 and 10.
