    I think the teamwork in the final third could have been a lot more cohesive, although they defended well for large parts of the game. As expected, they parked the bus even more than they did in the game at Parkhead. Our players not being clinical is the only reason we didn't score more. Even on their forums, their fans are saying they have nothing to take from the game. They're a fair distance behind us.

    Hun * was a disgrace the day, kept blowing any time we went near them. Disallowing a perfectly good goal, also earlier he blew when we could have score from a corner which nothing happened either. * get it right * up him :36:

    For sure. Thompson is probably the most biased and sneeky ref in Scotland, closely followed by Steven McLean.

    Aye their full backs never pushed on as far as they usually do, actually a good move by the bread man playing Tavernier further forawrd and giving him protection.

    Of course it didn't really matter when you have Kieran Tierney terrorising he both of them. :giggle1:

    Fair play to Armstrong btw thought he was great when he came on, best i've seen him in the Hoops. Got us forward, showed some nice running and skill and was unlucky not to score.

    Was a rough game, but not because they improved I just think we were a bit slack in the final third, I think they had 1 decent chance that Jozo blocked, when we had so many, the chip from Griffiths for example, any other time that would be buried. Happy with the win and performance overall, they are * *.

    We were tired looking I thought, not the same pace and sharpness we usually have although we still looked a step above them even still. If we had a decent rest before playing them we'd probably have pumped them by 4 or 5 again but the front 4 looked like they didnt/couldnt put in the running required to rattle them from the start. Maybe didn't want to play like that incase it went to extra time and we had burned ourselves out as we've played a lot of games and they were well rested. Always tricky Cup ties.

    I actually think he went to give them a penalty at first but a second later thought it was too honest a mistake and had to book him for a dive then.

    Better in every department, as we should be. They can walk away with a bit of respect because of the score but we, they and the thousands watching all over the world know that we're getting to 10 iar without cheating and there's nothing they can do about it. :62:
