Interesting video, didn't know that about captcha.

Duolingo has nae Thai yet which sucks, seemingly they are waiting for Thais to learn English so they can do it the other way round or something.

    Looking at moving to Thailand?

I was surprised as well that they basically invented Captcha to revolutionize language learning. Clever stuff, especially as its all free.

Thai's a nightmare. The writing system is too tricky. I'm going there for a bit in January in my time off so I wanted to learn a bit.

Japanese is surprisingly easy to speak as it isn't tonal, but the writing system is impossible. Hiragana and Katakana I learned, but they have Kanji, where there's something like 2000 commonly used characters.

Was never interested by science, not artistic, technical and can't draw for *.

Probably enjoyed accounts despite some of it being boring as I like the problem solving aspect using numbers and logic rather than fractions, shapes etc like maths (which I was rubbish at).

If arithmetic was still a subject I reckon I'd have enjoyed it and if geography was offered in our school I think I might have liked it, unsure as to why it was unavailable to this day.

    No just regular holidays.

Yeah been learning bits here and there but its pretty difficult, so many different variants of how to say things and in what way.

But as a farang I guess you get let off a bit.
