Aye indeed, only a few minutes on that blue moon pish and I learn that their burds team would beat us, there are better atmospheres at derbies in England than at Parkhead v Sevco, we are an EPL side at best and we don't wear deodorant, * me it was only a few years ago pre Arab money they were playing the likes of Gillingham and Bradford in the 3rd tier of English football and Europe was something they could only dream about in the summer if they had a passport and a flight to Benidorm.

Usual * from those * down there, heard it all before but just more incentive to pump them like we've done with other English teams and their fans that have come up with that attitude.

Well you can keep your honestly and shuve it up your *. It's time we win. City know we're out for blood after barca. 6 goals at the weekend. These * are gonna have sore backs picking the ball out there net and sore ear drums from our celebrations. Peps gonna be squirting brown chunks at the thought of Dembele, griffiths is gonna have his hands on his ears again to ask pep where his fans are, then their entire season will be over from the spanking we give them.

    City? More like *.

Be delighted with a draw. City look unstoppable at the moment though.

Defensively we are very poor and i think we will concede a couple. Have a go at City!

I had a dream I was working and checked the score at half time (still 0-0) and when I finished work and we had lost 3-0 with Lustig being sent off.

I also bumped into Kris Kristofferson at work, who in my dream I had worked with 9 years ago and he completely blanked me when I said "hi". So I'm not sure how much to read into the score. :smiley-laughing002:

I'm buzzing for this already. I think we are going to cause a bit of a shock.

    Love the confidence.

Will beating city in 2016 equal beating a 2012 barca team without neymar or Suarez? Won't be far off.

If De Bruyne is out then that's a massive bonus for us and tbh I still would rate it as highly as that win against barca. They have a better manager than that barca side, world class players in defence midfield and attack and have possibly the best centre forward in the world (bar Suarez) in Aguero, and have just as much money in the transfer kitty as Barca. It would be a monumental achievement considering our circumstances.

I don't watch the EPL, so I knew little about De Bruyne (by the way, does that mean "The Brown" in Flemish?); but I made the mistake of watching some Manchester City this last week or so (terrifying!) and there was this blond guy that really stood out as special even in that team of stars. Turns out that's De Bruyne.

Not close for me. That Barca team were arguably one of the greatest ever, the current Man City team hasn't proven anything yet really as Guardiola is only just in the door. A few years down the line and I might be viewing it differently, but beating them on Wednesday would of course be a great win, but not on the same scale as beating Barca back then.

    Agreed.

Barca had Messi. That alone makes it a bigger accomplishment.

    As would I.

They are fantastic. Getting anything out of this game would be huge.

Agree with this. That Barca side were legendary, this City team are on a good run domestically but have proven very little in comparison.

All things considered, beating City on Wednesday would be every bit as special as beating Barca in 2012.
