    In fairness he suggested all day, that we were after a midfielder that wasn't McCarthy, but it might go to the wire. But whoever the player is, if is was indeed correct isn't on the cards now, if he's to be believed

    That midfield will get walked all over in the CL. Disappointed to say the least. Would've liked to see more dead wood get shifted also.

    I was hoping that after Beer Sheva away he would have doubled that number. Absolutely crying out for DM, could do with a Striker & if Jozo goes a centre-half as well.

    Midfield has been the glaringly obvious weakness for a while.

    If we go into the first half of this season without strengthening after bringing in £50m + and getting players off the bill there are no excuses. Don't care what anyone says.
