    Here's my contribution to the "I'm hearing" posts.

    If Jozo goes, a replacement is standing by to be signed.

    The priority is a Central Midfielder who should go straight in to the first 11 and the club are hopeful of someone who "should excite the support".

    Strikers have been scouted and looked at, but nothing will happen unless Ciftci is moved on.

    All in, we could be looking at 3 in and several out, all going well.

    What happened to all the people claiming they heard this and that they couldn't disclose, blue chip signing nonsense? The deadline day has been non eventful for many, many windows.

    Definitely need a quality CM in but in all honesty this deadline day will probably end up underwhelming with the "we tried" line thrown about. This isn't being pessimistic its evaluating past deadline day activity and coming up with a realistic outcome.

    First GMS and now Armstrong are refusing to budge if anything realistic was to be done on deadline day it would be shifting all the deadwood.

    Everyone needs to stop believing people that claim to be in the know, "ma dug knows PL's dug and he told him..." The only people with real knowledge are the parties involved in the deal, not some guy on a forum who claims to know a guy, it's all speculation.

    everyone getting * off because we havent signed anyone yet, Toure Sinclair Dembele and possibly Gamboa and De Vries are all improvements on what we have. Its been a really good window and anything else today is a bonus

    It has been a good window without really spending any money yet. The money we have taken in and also the others we have got off the wage bill I would imagine will cover what has been spent thus far. I'm expecting at least another one to come in today, and it has to be a central midfielder. I would be happy with one player in if it added a bit of quality to the middle of the park. Anything after that I would see as a bonus.

    Hope there is a "wild card / super star" signing, but not gonna cry if we don't add. Brendan has came out a couple of times to say he is pleased with the support from the Board - I guess that means he either knows we are done, there is only an outside chance or they have something top secret.....I genuinely think he has got more or less what he wanted -
    In Brendan we trust....
