    No argument...
Look what he has done in 2 months, Last night, 9 of the players started were here when he arrived, Dumbelle came on sure, it's what he has done to Brown, Forrest, Rogic etc already, even Lustig looks better. Dorus de Vries I think will play the next games, but is that a risk?

Gordon made 2 amazing saves last night but 1st goal is something you give a 13 year old boy a row for, 5 years into football and keepers should always cover front post. Gordon should/would have known the scorer was right footed, go back further looking at the goal and Lustig [For fairness] allowed the lad to get onto his right foot and score, and this led to the quick 2nd goal, and maybe a total collapse, very small detail can ruin any team, or make a team great, thankfully the players dragged the game back.

Rodgers said for every game he gives all squad players a list of opposition players weak and strong points for all games, all players, competitions, all positions, he is this thorough!!, he said "Some will read cover to cover, I will know who isn't" whilst smiling to the media, but that was a direct warning to his players, but I am sure they already been warned.

Brilliant he and his staff go to the details others don't in this way. We look fitter, last moments of games we are not tired, still sprinting and pressing, Sinclair should have made it 6-2, good save, but look again and there is a 5 yard pass too/and Griffiths gets a hat-trick and we are 100% in the Champions League and around £30M better off, although I do think 5-2 is enough and we will score over there, 3-0 defeat seems very unlikely looking back to last night and all competitive games, even friendlies, maybe add all that up and this is the great changes we are seeing.

Again, how good will we be when Rodgers has his 11/match squad, and his tactics so drilled into the players they enjoy it...like the fans are already

Thanks Crow......great game to watch and hard to find fault with any of our players except Janko....never going to be a replacement for Lustig if that's what he is....devoid of ideas and doesn't deserve to be in our team IMO.....but a helluva effort by The Bhoys.....best game I've seen Forrest play in a long, long time. Hail Hail.

.....I think we might manage to go through here....there's definitely flaws in them and I believe we can score over there if we play with the same passion and doggedness as we did tonight.....really good performance and a well deserved victory...COYBIG.

BR seems to have a great understanding of when to make changes and is prepared to do so with a degree of certainty that the players coming on, can and will, change the game for us.

It's so brilliant to watch the players rise to the challenge and produce football that we haven't really seen for a long time.

Right why are we fitter and physically stronger under Brendan than Ronnie-never mind the tactics and subsititution decisions that can make or break a game? Anyway well chuffed with that game last night overall!:50: We would have been blowing out our arses in the 70th minute last season.

Surely to * even Celtic can't * this tie up now? :smiley-laughing002:

We've had more highlights in a month with Rodgers than 2 years under Ronny. Outfuckingstanding :notworthy

Congrats celtic on a job well done.
Go and finish them off in Israel.

How much are Celtic liable to be fined after the flag display.
Or could Celtic have to close part of the ground in next European match.

I said yesterday I felt Hapoel would crumble if we got an early goal, and that was the way of it. You could see even prior to kick off that they were nervous due to the atmosphere. What I didn't think would happen is that we would let them off the hook though, which appeared to be the case. It was very similar to the way we let Malmo back in the game as well. After losing the second though, I thought we composed ourselves very well, and got back to what we were doing before their first. In the end, it probably should have been six, but we should have done enough last night to get through now. Very entertaining game, not great for the ticker right enough, but we never do make it easy for ourselves. A fantastic result in the end.

Great result, can't believe the scoreline and the fact we smashed in 5 good goals.

Is it me though or are we becoming really susceptible to long range shot goals from outside the box?/
    .
Last few times we've conceded I swear it's mostly been from outside the box or thereabouts.

Anyone got a link to the full match with the chat in the studio too.

The BT sport app only have the match and not the analysis.

I've just read an article saying we face possible stand closures, is there really a possibility of this happening?

Hope you're right mate, would be a huge blow.

Need to have our stadium sold out and show off our great atmosphere once again in the Groups.
