That was the most satisfying game of football I have seen in ages.

We were just amazing, we hassled, harried and pressed the life out of them without the the ball and with it we were unstoppable.

Sinclair was simply unplayable everything he did caused problems- man we got a bargain there this guy is awesome.

Rogic was again a collosus in the middle he is a class act and has a very bright future with us.

Forrest is back and even better than before he is ten times the player he was under Ronny.

Dembele is improving with every game and looks like we will have a superstar striker in a very short time.

Im not getting carried away but I think something special is happening at CP something magical even. Listening to Brendan's post match interview it was clear how well this guy knows the game.

It was likelistening to An Einstein or Tesla type unloading their knowledge, he is hugely impressive

Where do I even begin praising that performance and victory?

Having Brendan Rodgers in charge of this team, a proper football manager who has a * clue what he is doing, it has breathed new life all the way through this team.

I remember on so many occasions last season, stuck so far from Glasgow in Mainz, Germany where i have come to work, watching a turgid, dire... devoid of ideas Ronny Deila Celtic side toil against poor opposition. THAT'S what you do to poor opposition. Dismantle them and attack them. 3 up front, Dembele, Sinclair and Forrest. Soon that will be Dembele, Sinclair and Paddy Roberts.

I will go on record now, after watching that: we will also dismantle Hapoel Beer Sheva. They will not be able to live with that kind of performance next Wednesday, and Rodgers will have the players pumped up, the mood is good and we have a LOT of attacking intent.
That said, we can't afford to go * for leather against that team, but certainly we have to attack as the best line of defence and control possession. We can realistically be one foot in the Champions League next Wednesday night, if we work as hard as tonight.

Total respect shown to the competition with a strong side. Just a few mentions on players.
Sinclair - what a wonderful player. Rodgers himself said it in the post-match analysis on BT Sport. He went from Swansea to Man City and got no chance, then from City to Villa and they are a bunch of shitmunchers, so some poor transfer decisions. He will be Celtic's Ronaldo. It's clear to see that he is comfortable on both feet, pacy, skills galore, and unselfish when required. A 'Premier League Player' playing in the SPFL, against * teams like Motherwell and Rangers! Yaaaas!

Also, Dembele, but for different reasons. I know he scored two tonight technically, but my jury is still well and truly out on this lad. He's young, i get that, and he has a lot to learn and will learn a lot, but he doesn't look to me in the mould of what we need for that CF position. We need an experienced proven goalscorer, and Dembele would be better off learning from that striker. When I look back, at Sutton, Hartson... that type of player - they had strength, aggression and scored a barraload of goals. I can see Dembele scoring some, but not over 20 this season. I want of course to be wrong, and maybe i should wait another few weeks before i really write him off, but for me - he isn't the answer.

Delighted with how we played, it was a joy to watch.
The countdown to next week has now begun, and because i am off work i don't even have that much to distract myself from it ... well, the Mother comes to visit tomorrow night, so at least there's that!!

At last, a Celtic team that we can actually watch instead of peeping through your fingers. Rogers will be a great influence on Brown who will now play football instead of the grand standing and leering looks. This really has the feel of something, haven't felt like this in a long time ... I know it's only Motherwell and Deila beat them 7-0 in May!!

Just back in. What a * performance.

5-0 going on 10. Sinclair was fantastic, Rogic the same. Dembele with his best performance so far. * magic.

That was a superb game of football from us, Motherwell were really poor but we hassled and harried them and when we got the ball we were explosive at times. The front players look free, Rodgers has breathed new life into the club and the players are responding brilliantly. Rogic in particular probably has made himself a starter next week now.

Just in from the game, that was an outstanding display from Celtic, high temple and attacking, hats of to Sinclair, looks a great signing, hes adapted very quickly to our game, Tom Rogic looks as good as ever cant see him being dropped now, even our work off the ball is very pleasing too, that performance was without - Sviatchenko, Toure, KT, Roberts and Griff. Very happy tonight.
