It's their turn to travel and they don't seem to travel well at all, they have only scored 2 goals in their past 7 away trips and are yet to record a victory.

Galatasary 2 - Astana 2. Would like to say we are better than Gala but am struggling on that one.

    I wish I shared everyone's confidence.

They've got some useful and quick players. They have the ability to hurt us.

Reading a few reports from the West Ham game, the guy that scored 2 against them apparently looked a cracking player. The stadium was near empty too.

Maybe Slovenia is the place to look for some good players on the cheap.

This won't be easy but we will come through it.

    2-0 to the Sam Brownes.

I think you are exactly right. They will score one goal at least.
Which means we will need our shooting boots on.
    No Ambrose and Dembele.
    You listening Brendan ?

So no games played since May. Huge game for us and you'd play Kolo? What does that say about our squad?

Kolo has been training during his time without a club he should be fine.

if he's not starting then Ambrose or O'Connell starts

Ambrose or O'Connell. Who are the other 2 centre backs given Eric is out for another 2/3 weeks?

Lustig can play at CB if need be but I would rather Kolo started

Have to be Efe and O'Connell.

What is the bigger risk, playing Efe who has Celtic experience but is prone to error or playing a new signing who is experienced with other teams and not so prone to error?

I still think it's a bit too risky playing Toure straight away. It would be good if Brendan thought he was ready and if he plays I'll trust it but I can't see it.

So we are talking about Lustig, Efe, O'Connell or Lustig, Toure (no games for almost 3 months), O'Connell vs a team that plays on the quick break? I do hope Kolo plays but if he does it says VOLUMES for the lack of quality in our squad.

Anybody else getting the * wobbles about this game ?
Looks like they will be able to drive a train through the centre of our defence.
